4 of us had lunch.
Very very nice setting .
Very expensive for for what we paid for, Very dry overcooked salmon .

We visited the Gallery and associated restaurant (Toscanini) in February last year and enjoyed both. A web sites for the restaurant and the gallery say the building has been sold and at this point I could not find out if there are any plans to reopen either one although the restaurant owner's sign off note seemed pretty final.

High quality Jamaican art and well made inexpensive gifts. Cool old building, great architecture, interesting history. Great Italian restaurant underneath.

A beautiful old building with a very special old style Jamaican architectural style which is set in some small though well tfor need and delightful gardens.
Enjoy the tranquily of the place and if you want the bar and Italian restaurant, which itself is called tranquility. Sipping a beer or a rum drink by the bar overlooking the gardens is a pleasure.
And enjoy the art and crafts in the galleries- some unique pieces by several well known local artists and some overseas contributors. There is always something there to provoke your reaction - and often make you reach for your wallet.
Definitely a special place to visit.

This stately old building is located on the main road a few miles east of Ocho Rios. It houses a lot of local art which can be viewed or bought. We also heard very good things about the restaurant but it was a bit too pricey for us.

Located upstairs from Toscanini Restaurant, (which is fabulous) this gallery features local artists works for very reasonable prices. The beautiful house is brimming with history, .... take a moment to sit on the front porch, view the ocean in the distance, and imagine what it must have been like living there 130 years ago.

The owner is lovely and a wonderful conversationalist. Grows her own herbs. She visits with you to make sure your meal and experience is good. It has been like this for years.

Near Ocho Rios, you cannot pass in front of Harmony Hall without noticing the beauty of the two-story white house with green roofs. The original 19th century Methodist church was restored in 1980 to its original aspect by Annabella Produlock. A steep staircase leads to the second floor where the art gallery is located. The house itself is a piece of art with its airy balconies and open windows. British, North American and Jamaican naive painters such as Jonna Brasch, Deryck Campbell, Lenworth Mesquita, Melisande Potter among other 30 artists are represented at the gallery. Prices are reasonable for some paintings (300 US$ or 400 US$) but extremely high for some other works of art that, really, do not show much effort or creativity. They also have a restaurant in the ground floor, which was closed when I visited. It may not work very often.

We visit this plase as part of our shore excursion in Ocho Rios. The building was nice and inside there is art gallery and handycraft and gift items. There is also a restaurant in the complex.

This was a quick stop during a bus tour of Ocho Rios. Beer was cheap and the people were very friendly. The arts and crafts were pretty standard and one might find something here to purchase, but we didn't really see anything unique. It is an 'out of the way' stop for those seeking to get away from the touristy areas though. We did not have a meal, but I imagine the service would be good as the people were so friendly.
