I purchased a massage package for Mother’s Day in person at the San Patricio location, but we couldn’t get an appointment for that day. They scheduled us for another day, but we couldn’t attend, and I wasn’t able to reach anyone to reschedule. The appointment was marked as “Completed” instead of “No Show.” Now, when I call to arrange another appointment, they claim the massages were already provided, even though neither my mother, grandmother, nor I ever received them.
I emailed them but haven’t been contacted to resolve the issue. Over the phone, they told me it’s basically my word against theirs, as they have no way to confirm we didn’t attend the appointment. Nearly $300, meant as a Mother’s Day gift, wasted, and they refuse to address the matter properly. Terrible customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t do business with this location.

Nobody answers the phone. It is very frustrating trying to contact them and make a reservation. Impossible to redeem a gift card.

Zen Spa Guaynabo excellent service. Super professional. My son and I both got facials. We got Roselyan and Analyse were our aestheticians and they were both excellent. My 15 year old son also loved it even though he was super nervous at first. I love that they provided him such a great experience. His first time facial. I recommend 100%.

I had a great time at the ZEN SPA at the Sheraton. Emmailyn did the no more knots treatment. It was great, the room was great. Jenny did the facial and it was a very relaxing time and she was very nice and professional, Lastly, Lushelys, did a many/pedi and she was fantastic as well. The seats were super comfortable, and her services was spectacular. She rocks!!! Opportunities for the SPA are the locker rooms, the steam room stopped working.

I was booked for a body treatment. When I arrived I was told to leave bra and panties on. During the process I was doused with water leaving my underwear soaked. A very strange experience.

My sister and I had facials with Annette at the Condado location. Everything was perfect! From the call in the morning to confirm, the warm welcome, the relaxing amenities to the fantastic facial experience with Annette - it was the perfect way to begin our Puerto Rican vacation. Will definitely be back!!

The atmosphere was professional and so calm. Every member of the staff was kind and helpful. Annette gave a lovely facial.

Horrible service. We booked and received a confirmation a week out from traveling to San Juan for a couples package. We had a hotel, dinner reservations and plane tickets booked as well. They emailed us a few days later saying they didn't have availability. Our response was "do not advertise active spots if you don't have spots to sell" they changed their minds and booked us at 1:00 as requested initially. Once we got on island, no phone call, they emailed us and said they could do 5 pm. We refused that spot as we had dinner reservations. This entire trip was planned out for our anniversary and everything we planned was scheduled well in advance and booked and confirmed. They were well aware of our travel and anniversary itinerary. So again they changed their tune and slotted us for 1:00. We booked a "twos company" couples package. First, they pulled my wife back for the mani/pedi and made me wait even though all couples packages are done together. The mani/pedi was rushed and not good quality. For $675. Then they ignored us for over an hour and left us in a waiting room when all services were to be back to back. There was supposed to be a healthy lunch included in the package but we never received it. When I complained, they offered me a $24 discount on a $675 package for wraps they normally charge 3 times that price. The one hour massage was 40 minutes. So, overall, would not recommend. They really take advantage of visitors that they know can't just come back anytime...

Fatal experience, as far as body treatment is concerned. FATAL. The facial was something else, a very professional and communicative young woman, she recommended products to me, explained everything to me. I didn't buy the products you recommended, not because I couldn't, I didn't buy them because I didn't leave more money for that place. I realized that being a Gustazo... the treatment was different. How come they ran out of cream for the body wrap? Please!!!!! I didn't believe them at all.

Is pretty close. Without much traffic like ten to fifteen minutes drive. It is located in the Sheraton Hotel next to Puerto Rico’s Convention Center. Do not confuse it with the Sheraton at Old San Juan which is right in front of the cruise port. To get to this Zen Spa you need a car ride.

I have gone to both places. They are both very nice and great service.
But one in San Patricio is smaller. And you have to pay for parking.
The one on Ashford in El Condado validates a valet parking and the area is turistic (although the services are the same prices on both places). Also, it's walking distance to the beach. I liked the atmosphere there and my mom has gone there several times and always have a great experience.

I frequently visit the Zen Spa at San Patricio. The personnel is superb and the service they offer is excellent.
I have not visited the spas at Condado or the Sheraton, although I was told the Sheraton offers complimentary use of the facilities at the hotel. You have to check the rates, I think they are different from the other locations.
