Great experience this our second trip doing this when in Puerto Rico and dont regret it go with your family you will enjoy an inexpensive activity

Es war wundervoll, die kleine Bucht ist schön ruhig und perfekt zum paddeln. Man kann leicht die Unterwasserwelt betrachten.

Beware if you're overweight.
I visited the establishment with a group of friends. I had reserved a kayak on site with no issue but when I arrived at my scheduled time I experienced some lackluster service. I'm 5'11" and 280lb, I'm built slightly above average but there weren't any weight restriction listed on site so I assumed everything would be fine. Much to my disappointment the person who handled my reservation tried to switch my kayak reservation for a paddle board without consulting me. I don't feel comfortable standing on a board so I kindly requested a kayak - there is also a slight cost difference that he was not addressing. He then talked in circles until finally telling me that I had to use a paddle board because all of the double kayaks were booked and the single kayak would not hold me. At that point we'd already eaten into 20 minutes of our 1 hour reservation and I was becoming upset. I let him know the weight restriction was not listed on site and he acknowledged that it should be. He spoke to his manager and they landed on letting me use a single kayak as long as I felt comfortable on it, and guess what? It was fine. They also gave us 10 minutes of our reservation back.
My issue with this interaction was that at no point were they apologetic about their lack of information. I was made to feel like it was my fault for my size and quite honestly I don't spending money on experiences that make me feel bad about myself.
If you're skinny, they have competitive prices and a great location but lacking in service and information for me.

Excelente servicio!!! Marcel nos atendió, nos orientó y fue muy atento, servicial y conocedor de su servicio. Buenos equipos, variedad de deportes acuáticos, buena localización.

They lack basic comunication skills, they don't answer phone calls, emails nor messages. Had a reservation booked made a 1 hour trip losing time and money cause when arrived conditions were not safe. I try before by all means to communicate to get an answer to not lose the trip but never got a concrete and logical answer. If you wish to paddleboard there are other places near that appreciate their customers better and you don't have to lose money making reservations cause you get attended when arrived. Never mind the phone they never answer no matter the day nor hour.

excellent service, the employees are so happy always and they’re so disponible for help and explain. Me and my boyfriend are in love with the place definitely we are coming back! just a recommendation for the customers: say your names so we can wrote about you and your amazing service

If you know how to kayak or paddle board &’ are comfortable enough with it, then this place is great. I went on a rainy day, it was pouring unfortunately, but I had already paid so I decided to do it. There aren’t any lockers , it’s just a shelf you leave your belongings. Which I felt weird about, but luckily no one took anything. The life vests are obviously constantly used, I don’t think they sanitize them; they look kind of worn down. They gave us a kayak, helped us into it, &’ then literally said “ok, have fun” with no instructions. We figured it out &’ it was a good time besides the rain. They don’t really specify where you can kayak to, so I guess there’s no limits lol, but hey, it was a good experience all in all.

My wife and I had a fantastic time with SUP Action Paddleboard Co ! Cesar was a great guide and will get a true beginner up and paddling in no time. Saw quite a few manatees feeding in the lagoon and part of the El Morro defense outpost just at the edge where the ocean feeds the lagoon. There is an option to have your guide to take GoPro pics and videos for an extra fee. Highly recommended if you don’t have one. Thanks for a wonderful experience! We will definitely visit again when we bring the family to PR!
