I sincerely apologize for your disappointing experience and appreciate you taking the time to let us know. We are recognized for our excellent client service and communication and this type of review is unacceptable. Unfortunately, we are a small operation and the day of your visit one of our staff had to leave due to a family members death unexpectedly affecting our entire schedule. We have implemented measures to ensure this does not happen again and that our customers leave our doors 100% satisfied. Excelente servicio, y ofertas super increíbles.Trabajan con productos naturales, y orgánicos. Lauren Noel Wellness, es el lugar ideal para relajarme. Trabajo con mucha presión, y mi oasis de armonía lo encuentro en este lugar. Visitarlos es mi recompensa. De Adalys, recibí el facial hidratante más completo que me han dado en mi vida. Rey es mi estilista favorito, tremendo corte... y me llenó la vida de color.Yaritza, me quitó la migraña. Sabe como aliviar el dolor de cuello, espalda y en el nervio ciático. Excelente masajista. Todos son muy profesionales, y competentes. ¡Muchas gracias!

One of the nicest spas in Puerto Rico. They use mostly organic products and the spa is very luxurious and is a must to try whenever you come to the island. I have been here several times and always get excellent customer service. The minute you walk in to the minute you leave you will get first class service. All the staff and management really care about their customers.
