My husband always buys me a nice piece of Jewelry but this last time was our largest purchase. My problem is that I have not received my paperwork and need to give them my new address. FYI each year when we returned I would go to my jeweler and drop off my purchase and ask for appraisal and because we have been dealing with them for over 35 years they only charge us $50.00 for this service. I have to leave my items and I get them back in 5-7 days. I am always thrilled to see that I paid 1/3 rd of what they valued my pieces for and that is the reason that each year my husband allows for a larger purchase. K. Keown New Orleans

Hi, I purchased a ring on my visit to St. Kitts March 30, 2016 and was told by staff that the paperwork would be emailed and originals mailed out. I have yet to see anything.

Please note that glitter jewelry has been in business for a decade with more fans than customers. It is a shame that trip advisor lets our competition strong arm us by writing negative comments such as these.
