If like me when you are on holiday you miss the structure of your Pilates classes back home, then look no further than taking part in one of Alex Sunday morning classes at a Kariwak Village in crown point. It was an intensive but fun session and I will definitely do it again when I come back to Tobago.

Ladies, Pilates Tobago is everything you need. Alex is such a fun instructor and she has a great group of ladies in her class. The instruction is excellent, while Alex is fun, we love her jokes (she is the dictator) and we really get a fabulous workout. Alex keeps you coming back for more.

Attending the beach classes was not just Special becuase of the gorgeous sunset but also lot of fun.
Alex is always positive and a great instructur, who knows how to motivate People.
She provides a high level of individual instruction while in the group class.
