Minimal wait (15 minutes) at the airport for pickup. Only made 1 stop before our resort. Clean/nice SUV. Pretty easy set up for return trip. My phone had really bad connection so Provo Connection reached out to me via text to finalize. Picked up right on time. Another clean/nice SUV. Would certainly use them again.

The transfer was on time, as communicated. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable and the driver was very courteous. Overall great experience.

I booked the round trip group transfer and was very happy with our service. They picked us up from the airport within 5 minutes of getting our bags and heading outside. I messaged them the morning we were leaving to confirm pickup and they came to my hotel right on time. We were picked up both times in a new and clean Suburban. Would recommend this service to others.

Booking was very simple on the website…BUT it was very difficult to communicate with them…they don’t answer regular or what’s app calls, they don’t respond to what’s app messages, it was quite the headache to deal with this service.
It’s easier to get your taxi at the airport and call a taxi from your hotel to get to the airport…yes their prices are affordable but jeez it wasn’t easy communicating with them to organize the transfers or to get their transfer at the airport

My driver wasn’t very nice. I get it, it was a hot day but I paid more than 120$ for a 20 min ride. I could have use a welcome or at least a hello.
The driver threw my suitcase in the trunk then never spoke to me the whole ride. I felt like I was just a chore. So sad this is the first impression I got from TCI.

We had Trevor meet us and take us to our hotel. He was friendly, knowledgeable and great.

This was my first time visiting Turks and Caicos so I went ahead and booked a round trip shuttle service. Great service. Friendly drivers. Gave me some local insights on restaurants on way to resort. On time for my pickup from resort to return to PLS airport. Would recommend using Provo Connection.

How far in advance did Provo Connection provide you with instructions on exiting the airport and locating their driver? I have reserved their services for March 10 and haven't recieved any documentation yet

All I did was print up my reservation confirmation. And once you exit the airport the gentleman outside takes care of the rest. If your car isn’t there they will call and have them arrive asap. You don’t have to worry about doing anything.

Well the Seven Seas was directly next door to where we stayed so I would think the price would be pretty close. We paid $178 round trip for 6 people. Email Shikara or check out their website. Price will be listed. Plus they had an attendant waiting for us at airport and she walked us to our driver.

How much does Provo Connection charge per mile in the grace bay area? We are staying at RWI and I can only walk about 1/2 mile due to a bad leg. We will probably need rides to the grocery store as well as restaurants that are further away. We would rather pay for taxi service than rent a car. Staying at RWI May 23rd to June 1st.
