We paid in full and provided passports and documentation for 8 people to fly with Capitol Air. As soon as they got our money and information, we never heard from them again. We tried numerous times through several sources and could never get a hold of anyone. They never showed on the day we planned and left us stranded, having to find last minute transportation. Do not get scammed like we did!

We booked air tickets with Dexter Skepple and Capitol Air and they ceased communication with us and never provided the service that was booked, and we lost our money. Complaints through regulators also went unanswered. Beware of this company.

Capital-Air, provided safe professional air travel from St Thomas to Anegada and back for 8 of us. They were flexible on timing, punctual and very cost effective. If you are looking for a great way to see the islands from the sky and get to vacation faster, Dexter and his team are a great choice.

My husband and I have been visiting Anegada in the BVIs for 15 years and the past few years have been using Capitol Air to get us there. Anegada can be a complicated place to get to and Capitol Air has made the trip very smooth and easy. All I have to do is contact Derek and he always gets back to me very quickly. Their pilots are great. What I especially love is the service you get at St. Thomas airport - they meet you with a sign with your name and whisk you from baggage claim straight to your plane and you are in the air within minutes. They are well worth the money and we will continue using them in the future.

Capitol Air was incredible to work with. Extremely professional, efficient and accommodating. We run a luxury concierge, HH Luxury Lifestyle, and would recommend their services to any client .

My family of 6 booked a private charter with Capitol Air from St Thomas to Tortola. It was definitely the way to go. Instead of taking the public ferry to Tortola which takes over an hour. Waiting for your luggage and dealing with customs and then taking a taxi from the ferry terminal across the island to Trellis Bay, our flight was approximately 15 minutes and we landed in Beef Island Airport. A two minute drive to Trellis Bay. When taking the ferry into Tortola you have to pay the tourism tax which is presently $45 per person and going up significantly soon. When traveling by plane you do not pay the tax entering the BVI. Only when departing. Taking this savings into account, it did not cost me much more to fly with this private charter than it would have to take the public ferry. Saved me about 2 hours time as well.
Capitol Air was half the price of some of the other charter companies that are not based in St Thomas.

I've had the privilege of flying with Capitol Air on multiple occasions and have never been short of amazed by my service. I've been flown by both Odell and Mike, and both of them made me feel safe and well taken care of on my flights. Derek did an amazing job setting everything up for us, and I can't say enough about how phenomenal my experiences with Capitol Air have been. Thank you for the opportunity and for all that you do.

Our family of four had missed our cruise in San Juan due to plane mechanical issues in Charlotte. Mike and Derek were great to fit in a flight to St. Croix to catch our boat. They were professional, on-time, friendly and understanding. Definitely helped relieve the stress of the vacation malfunction!
