因为是LGBT友好酒吧，就来坐了一会儿。老板Sammi（希望我没有打错）和服务员都非常温柔友善。因为好奇点了Sexy beach，和服务员确认过是无酒精饮料，还蛮好喝的。但晚上回酒店后，开始脸和身体发红发烫，我想可能是有酒精的。大概是沟通上理解错了。虽然这样，去Smile bar还是很愉快的。老板非常体贴关心顾客，是心地善良的人。和其他店家「服务态度友好」不同，Sammi感觉真的在关心你。

At Smile bar we don't use the hard sell approach to get customers into our bar, instead we let customers decide if they want to spend their evening with us.
We offer quality drinks at reasonable prices and have a strong focus on customer service.
We enjoy meeting and getting to know our customers, sharing a laugh and having some fun.

为什么TA上有标签这是同志酒吧，其实就是一般的酒吧啦哈哈。电视机在酒吧一条街里面算不上大。淡季酒水happy hour经常打折很不错啦。倒是旁边的loft r&b 碰到了脱裤子的白人小哥哥哈哈。

当你来到市中心时，不要理会那些试图把你拉进酒吧的招待者，推荐光顾Smile Bar（这里不需要雇佣招徕客户的侍者），来到这里，酒吧很快就会为你送上热情的欢迎和一杯清凉的饮料。很简单，这是一个友好的地方，而不是那种想要赚取你最后一分钱的地方，来到这里你会度过美妙的时光。每个人都很热情，忽略其他的酒吧，就直接来光顾这家最棒的酒吧。

Thank you for your 5 star review of our bar.
As you say we don't use the hard sell, flyers in your face approach like other bars.
Instead we let our customers decide if they want to spend their evening with us.
It was great to welcome you and your wife Lorraine back to Smile bar. We all enjoyed Lorraine's birthday party at the bar but please stop making me eat chocolate cake as I don't need it!
Can I take this opportunity to thank you for your very kind jesture of taking the entire bar staff out for lunch. This certainly does not happen to them everyday and all five staff were thrilled to join Lorraine and yourself. They would like me formally thank you on their behalf.
Your a household name in Smile bar and all we have to do is look forward to your return.

Thank you for your 5 star review of our bar.
7 years is a long time to be loyal to a bar in Thailand and this makes you VIP guests in Smile bar.
Even if it's your first time as a customer to our bar you will receive the same standard of customer service and always enjoy quality drinks at reasonable prices.
We both really enjoyed our time with you and even got the opportunity to celebrate with the birthday boy on his special day.
Thank you for your kind words regarding our staff, we are blessed with a wonderful friendly, hardworking team and I will share your comments with them.
I always say that you never get a second chance to make a good first impression so it's vital we get it right first time every time.

At Smile bar we respect the wishes of our customers. We don't use the hard sell approach, we won't put flyers in your face to get you to come in, instead we let customers decide if they want to spend their evening with us.
Once you have got past the other bar callers and made your decision to come into Smile bar then your enjoyment can begin.
Our customers love our free Pool, free Wi-Fi, cold towels and snacks.
After all of that you then get to enjoy quality drinks at reasonable prices.
Are customers are the number priority, we just love to have a chat and get to know them, in Smile bar everyone is made to feel welcome.
Both Jakkrit and I enjoying our evenings with you both. You are a lovely couple and great fun to share time with. It's people like you who make Smile bar the place to be.

如果你来到奥南海滩，那你可千万不能错过这酒吧！这是家由家庭经营管理的酒吧，有着最出色最亲切友好的员工。酒吧位于中心位置，有着免费台球可以玩耍，饮品价格也很亲民。你还可以在电视上看运动节目。快来选择中心位置的这家酒吧吧，不要去其他家了，你不会后悔会的！我们在奥南海滩呆了一周，几乎每晚都来到Smile酒吧:)

At Smile bar we have a great mix of customers who make are atmosphere viberent.
We serve quality drinks at reasonable prices and as you say offer free Pool, free Wi-Fi, cold towels and snacks to all of our customers. We have live sports on our two big screens and if your not into that there will always be a team member to chat with.
We have a strong focus on customer service and ensure every customer is made to feel welcome.
We are fortunate to have a great team of staff who enjoy what they do. I will share your kind words with them.

As you say we don't use the hard sell approach to get customers into our bar, instead we let you decide if you want to spend your evening with us.
All of our bar staff have been professionally trained so you can always expect your drink to be made just the way is is meant to be.
We have a strong focus on customer service and ensure every customer is made to feel welcome. Interaction with our customers is a priority for management and staff and you will agree there is nothing worse than being in a bar and watching staff sit board playing on their phone. That just doesn't happen in Smile bar.
You were in the bar on New Year's Eve, this is the busiest night of the year for us and I am glad to hear you still enjoyed your Mojito even with the pressure our bar staff are under on this night.
I believe you never get a second chance to make a good first impression so it's vital we get it right first time, every time.

这是海滩附近靠近中心点的很多酒吧之一，很有趣的酒吧。这里供应冰啤酒，优惠时段很实惠。这里的员工很友好，免费的wifi很快。这里还有一张台球桌，所以来这喝啤酒放松再合适不过了。

我们今晚第一次坐在这里，点了两大杯青稞酒，价格很不错，每杯100泰铢。然后我们开始和杰克特(店主的合伙人)聊天，然后见到了店主科林……感到很荣幸。这是我们在泰国旅行以来受到的最热烈的欢迎，我只希望我们能早点找到这个可爱的酒吧。我们期待着明天再次来到这里，甚至在克拉比旅程剩下的每个晚上回到这里。再次感谢卡克，科林和微笑酒吧的工作人员!

This is great that you have CCTV then can you show us the people what was happened?
1. Yes I am drunk and my friend from Sweden and US they are talking and I didn't bring drink with fully bucket they are!! Check CCTV
2.when we sat I'm tried to tell them to order some from your bar because we can't sit without ordering
Then your waiter came and give us the menu and I looking on it and I'm tried to asked them what they wanna drinks. Then your waiter said if you not order just go to another bar then I said I'm ordering let me look at the menu and asking my friends and this you can check CCTV as well pls prove everything

Firstly can I say I am happy you have now admitted that you were drunk when you arrived at our bar. In your review you said you were tipsy which was far from true.
It is amazing to me that you seem to think we need to check CCTV to see what happened when you and your friends arrived. The CCTV was only checked to capture your image in order to provide this to the Police for the assult you made on my Female Thai manager.
You have made no mention of this in your new contact with us.
This image is with the Police and all other bars in Centerpoint.
There is no doupt that you and your friends arrived and the bucket was in fact for them as you arrived with a large bottle of water that you purchaced for 80 Baht in the bar next door.
When you arrived it was me who flagged you for immediate attention from my staff due to you arriving with full drinks and for appearing drunk on arrival.
You are very miss informed as "my waiter " who you reffer to is in fact the other owner and my buisness partner.
I was in attendance at your table during all contact and exchanges with the Smile bar team. You may have been to drunk to notice that.
I also was the last person who spoke to you asking you to leave.
You speak Thai fluently but refused to do so claiming you were from the UK. At Smile bar we welcome customers from all over the world with respect we don't care where you are from or live. Why would we.
I wish to end contact with you as I see no further point when these FACTS remain:
1. You arrived to intoxicated to be served in our bar.
2. You and your friends arrived with full drinks.
3. You were abusive to my staff.
4. You had caused problems in other Centerpoint bars that evening.
5. You assulted my Female Thai manager.
You world can read your review and questions to our bar and decide for themselves who done wrong and who done right.
As I have said before the safety of our customers and staff is priority number 1 at Smile bar.
So if asking someone like you lo leave get us a bad review because you dont like being asked to leave because you drunk so be it.
