This is a professional spa in the heart of PV with a great facility and therapists. I have regular massages, and the deep tissue by Rudolfo was one of the best I have ever had. Highly recommend them!

My ritual for visiting tranquil Puerto Vallarta, after months of navigating the stress-filled society of the US, is simple: Start at Aqua Spa for a massage, "waterfall" scrub, facial, and pedicure. After that, you're in tranquility mode. All staff are exceptional and have been consistently so for many years. Bravo, amigos!

I had a great 90 minute massage from Frank followed by a body scrub from Daniel. They were both EXCELLENT and it was clear they have a lot of experience, especially Frank.
I would have given the establishment 5 stars but while getting the body scrub the ceiling collapsed. I was face down, and I heard a large crash and then silence for a while. I really didn’t know what was going on.
It wasn’t until after the treatment that I got up and I saw a large chunk of the ceiling had collapsed and was hanging by wires. Thankfully it was in the corner otherwise it would have crashed right on top of me.
In hindsight this was a very dangerous incident as there literally is water everywhere and it looked like there were electrical wires hanging down from the collapsed ceiling. It was a danger for not just me, but Daniel as well.
The session should have stopped immediately, but it went on(I was not even aware of what happened), with ceiling collapsed, for the rest of the session and unknown to me Daniel was weaving around it (and the wires) for the rest of the session.
This obviously was not Daniel’s fault but 100% the fault of the owner who is not maintaining the facilities in a safe manner.
So owner…do better by your customers AND your staff. Someone could literally have been killed.

The king for a day package was more than I could have hoped for! The facilities beautiful, very clean and inviting. They had lockers for my things and robes to change into. I started with a massage with Rodolfo who had great technique and perfect pressure. Then the Vichy shower body scrub with Enrique. The combo of water massage and hand massage felt like 1,000 hands. The scrub was so good for my skin. The mani & pedi were very well done by Frank! I bite my nails you would never know now. Then back with Rudolfo to finish with a facial! Highly recommend!

First time I went was amazing, five stars. Took their time, very nurturing. Second time I went, two days later, it was terrible. They rushed through the service like they could not get me out of there fast enough. Very disappointing.

The deep tissue 90 minute massage, and the Turkish bath were simply like heaven. The meticulous care taken and the attention to cleanliness and service was 5 stars. I especially recommend the Turkish bath! If you are a guy visiting PV; the Turkish bath at Acqua is a must do on your list. Don’t put it off; you’ll likely want to book another before you leave!

Absolutely amazing experience. We came last year on our honeymoon. We definitely made it back on our 1 year anniversary. The deep tissue was deep but very relaxing. The added touches of stretching were game changing. The Vichy Shower/Salt Scrub was the most relaxing end of the experience. We will continue to come everyone we are in PV!

My massage was wonderful, they made sure I was completely comfortable. This was my 5th visit to the spa. It is definitely worth the short walk to go to this gem. I feel so relaxed after. If you’re planning on having a spa day make an appointment in advance.

The current prices are visible in Fresha which is the online booking tool they use. As it is low season right now, they have a 20% discount.
Trip Advisor won't allow a link to their Fresha site, so you will have to visit aqua space website, click on the book online link and it will show you the current pricing.
