I went to see Gloria Fiona Unplugged and I cried, and I laughed and I felt so alive! Her performance is incredible, a total MUST!! What she does with her voice is extraordinary, every human soul needs to experience Gloria Fiona's voice at least once in this lifetime!
FANntastic show, Gloria Fiona is an emotive storyteller, she touched my heart with every word. The dynamic and chemistry between her and the pianist David Maiocco is sensational!! I could tell they have a connection that goes beyond the stage. This show is so authentic and real as is that anything else would be so extra and unnecessary. It's simple, elegant, and so fun!

Not a show, more like a two-hour concert. Broadway Icon, Bianca Marroquin put on one helluvah show last night. This was our first time seeing this amazing star. Great singing, phenomenal story telling and some sharp dancing. Backed by piano master David Maiocco who brings magic to 88 keys. The audience and us couldn’t get enough.

Lady Zen’s concert last night was so amazing, her covers of Billy Holiday’s songs were impeccable.
She has incredible stage presence and you feel that she is singing just to you.
Big thank you to Cassandra Shaw for arranging the tickets for this soulful concert.

Saw Lady Zen tonight doing songs of Billie Holiday with a 4 Piece band - guitar, trumpet, drums, piano. I have heard of this singer for several years but it was my first time to see her live. Excellent.

A group of us went to Kimberly LaRue’s Follies Vallarta. Great costumes, amazing dancers, comedy and wonderful singing. If you enjoy burlesque and a variety of entertainment, you’ll enjoy this show.

Last night's performance by Nathalie Douglas was an emotional cleansing with powerful protest songs from the 60s. Mark Hartman and she were one with the audience in this performance. Many of us ( myself included ) were activists in the 60s and this was a complete revisiting of those days of idealism . Nothing unites like music.
After that show where tissue sales could have gone through the roof if any enterprising person had thought to charge for them, we all moved to mary Anns Ovation bar for a song fest to top them all.
Never has the open mike been so magically touched by so many international talents . Those stars already born and bred on NY Broadway stages , Tracy Stark, Nathalie Douglas and so many others were there with their new students with amazing Mark Hartman and David Maiocco , Tracy stark , at the Piano.
The Fiesta Caberet was the thoughtful brainchild of Mark Hartman and David Sabella . The idea was to bring Broadway luminaries south of the border. These beautiful heart tuned performers are coaching already talented artists: , Canadian , and American expats and Mexican nationals to rise to new heights. I am having so much fun watching and listening to them rise.
Come to the caberet . Tonight David Sabella in Razzle Dazzle at 6:00 at the Mary Ann Ovations Bar at 6:00 is the incomparable duo of Enoch and Bing... warming us up for David Sabella's Razzle Dazzle at 7:00 at Casa Karma red room.. At 8:30 join us for the piano bar. with all the amazing students and teachers of the week. This is going to be marathon music and show stopping shows s until the 17th of Nov. Don't miss it. Awful experience booking tickets online with this venue. First, the seating map was "turned around" and I bought the worst seats in the house when it appeared they were the best. The organizer admitted it was an error with the "Eventbrite" booking platform so I had to rebook seats only to get an instant message they had been refunded, only they weren't and I have had to dispute it with my bank because Eventbrite has no customer service, only an error message when you submit a request! Huge waste of my time and highly sketchy vibe, I would avoid using credit cards here.

We are very sorry about your experience in booking tickets. We have initiated Eventbrite, a new booking platform, which is used by thousands of businesses around the world. We've had to work out some of the bugs which, unfortunately, have caused some problems with some of our customers; however, it is up and running beatifully now and we hope that you will give us a second chance! We have some wonderful shows here this season!

We scrambled in from the rain, a bit late, into the warm embrace of the small but enthusiastic group gathered to sing their hearts out, remembering those amazing Sunday Open Mic night at Incanto. Joe Wallace and gorgeous sidekick Yvonne guided us through the thousand possibilities assembled in Joe Karaoke Catalogue. There was even a moment when we all got up and danced! Of course I missed filming it as Jan and I decided to join in. A great night, all we need is more voices anxious to belt out their favourite tunes. Come On By!!

Act 2's "The Greatest Show on Earth" is a spectacular experience! The show features incredible talented singers, dancers, and musicians, with each act more impressive than the last. The performers' talent and passion shine through brilliantly.
The Venue:
Act 2 offers comfortable seating, air conditioning, and fabulous sound and lighting. The venue is very clean and well-maintained.
The staff are professional and welcoming, adding to the overall enjoyment.
Overall:
A must-see show that's perfect for everyone. Don't miss it!
P.S. Arrive early to enjoy the ovation piano bar and have delicious sushi!

Just returned home from another fantastic evening at Act 2. Tonight was the grand opening of Mary Ann’s Ovation’s Lounge. To celebrate they put on their 1st Annual Tony Awards Celebration.
Hosted by David Sabella and Cate Valcic it was an evening that included piano music performed by a brilliant Liberace impersonator plus guest performers sharing their vocal talents. David, himself prepared a homemade Italian feast that included a caprese salad and delicious baked ziti with amazing sauce.
We all watched the Tony Awards on 3 big screens. During the commercials there was amazing auction items auctioned off to benefit a new elevator to be installed later this summer. There was also a 50/50 raffle to also help pay for the elevator.
As always we enjoyed a great evening of entertainment at Act 2. We’re already looking forward to the new summer activities as well as the new 2024/2025 season which is going to include a Broadway Caberet Series plus the musical La Cage aux Folles. Can’t wait!

Is this place handicap accessible? A couple of steps is fine but not a flight of stairs.

No, unfortunately it is not. There are at least 20 stairs to climb before you even get to the box office, and if the show is on the rooftop, there is another big flight of stairs. The management says they can help patrons with mobility issues, but I don't know how much they can do about this.

Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, the theater is closed at this time due to the coronavirus pandemic. We are hoping that we can open the theater again in the Fall, but we do not have a firm opening date at this time. Hi, you are welcomed to pick up your number anytime, however you need to stay. We do not allow people to pick up the numbers b and leave. It is sad first come first serve but you have to stay. Thank you

Priority and vip get seated first giving you a better selection of seats. General seats get seated last and have assigned areas. In the main stage last 4 or 5 rows and the cabaret upstairs unless in both rooms we have open seats which so far we have not have. If you get gen seats come at least 40 min early to get a good group number

It was an amazing night! A lot of dancing and singing with one of best actors and singers I've ever seen in Puerto Vallarta. The show was funny and emotional. You can't miss this show if you are visiting town.
