Los dueños del negocio son completamente irrespetuosos y groseros!!! En nuestro último viaje a Guanajuato Capital nos toco ver como maltrataban al personal que labora ahí; 1.- Los precios son excesivamente caros y las piezas de muy mala calidad, es preferible buscar un buen guía local para visitar a los verdaderos artistas y artesanos de México y Guanajuato. 2.- El trato es muy despectivo y racista, hacia nosotros como turismo local, nos trataron terriblemente mal!!!, ...nos negaron el acceso al wc y agua fresca para mi esposa embarazada, siendo que ya habíamos comprado antes con ellos en muchos viajes previos, 3.- El personal es agresivo para vender y su trato es frío, seco y descortés a excepción de cuando tratan con extranjeros. En nuestra última visita el dueño nos corrió de la forma más vil y miserable porque justo en ese viaje nos habían asaltado y no llevábamos para comprarles como siempre hacíamos. No solo no los recomiendo a nadie por la misoginia que demostraron hacia su personal y el racismo hacia el turismo Local y Nacional.- YA ESTA EN PROCESO nuestra denuncia y demanda correspondiente por no respetar siquiera a una mujer en estado de Gestación que acababa de ser asaltada y despojada de todas sus pertenencias. SON LO PEOR DE GUANAJUATO CAPITAL!!!

銀製品や民芸品を売っているお店です。民芸品と言ってもとても質が良く、高級感満点です。良いものを求めたいならこちらのお店はお勧めかと。

My husband found a pendant he thought I'd like and Cesar was a delight to work with . He told us about the artist and design which is something we're always interested in. The next day we went back to buy another chain and the jeweler on the premises shortened it to the perfect length in just a few minutes. We highly recommend this beautiful shop.

Mientras nuestras compañeras de viaje conocían y elegían las piezas de joyería que querían adquirir, disfrutamos de frescas bebidas y escuchamos el mejor son jarocho. Todos en la galería fueron muy atentos.

El buen gusto se refleja en cada rincón de la galería, hay para todos los gustos y presupuestos, desde cosas muy caras y artículos tanto de artesanías como de joyería que cualquiera podría adquirir por buen precio. La artesanía mexicana se distingue por su colorido, variedad y diseño. la joyería ni se diga... tiene de todo, plata, oro y pedrería semipreciosa y de alta calidad. Hemos encargado piezas.especiales y nunca han fallado en el diseño propuesto y en tiempos de entrega. Se recomienda igual para quien quiera hacerse joyas o alhajas especiales sobre pedido, creo, se llevarán una grata sorpresa. Excelente todo.

Me encanto la tienda, todo el general pero mi favorita fue la joyería barroca de un artesano local de Guanajuato; es hermosa y delicada las piezas; vale la pena entrar a la tienda y adquirir una de ellas, hay para todos los gustos y precios..

I was there in Guanajuato for Cervantino, great service and great attention to detail, the customer service girl had great manners and was very responsive to all my questions about the jewelry I purchased for my wife, highly recommended.

It is not comprehensible how a high end store with quality merchandise can have such poor customer service.
We walked into the store and I asked a sales person if in Mexico I can get a sales tax refund, as is the case in many other countries when you reside outside of the country. The sales person said he did not know.
We returned to the store a couple of days later and shopped for some jewelry. As we were checking out we were told by some other sales person to talk to the cashier because there was a way to get a refund of the 16% Mexican sales tax if a 'factura' was presented at the airport of departure of the country. When we talked to the cashier he confirmed that this was the process but that we would have to return a day later because the only person in the store able to issue the 'factura' with a 'code' was the manager who happened to have the day off. I asked the cashier if he could call the manager to ask for the 'code' but the cashier declined, so the store ended up not getting my business, other then for some items that had already been altered. Upon check out I was told that I would get an email with the factura in time before my departure that I could still print out at the airport for those items purchased. I am ready to board my flight in Mexico City and am still waiting for the 'factura'. Perhaps mañana...It is certainly time to learn how to manage a store in a more customer friendly way. Do you not think that you would gain additional business if foreign tourists were able to recover the high Mexican sales tax and if your sales team would be better trained?

Hermosa casa donde puedes encontrar todo tipo de artesanías, en lo personal me encantó toda la joyería de plata, hermosos acabados y los precios hay para todo tipo de necesidades. El personal te atiende amablemente sin importar lo que vayas a comprar.

This is an art gallery as well as a store. Here you can buy beautiful handicrafts in a long range of prices. In example there's a big hand-decorated statue of an angel done by natives which cost is 56,500 pesos (about 3,188 dollars, yikes). It's GORGEOUS and is worth every cent (if you have that kind of money, of course). Or you can buy even very affordable jewelry and handicrafts (this beautiful ring cost 259 pesos - 4.5 dollars; or this hand-painted ceramic thing, covered with butterflies, used to set big cooking ladles (250 pesos - 4 dollars) which I bought. Be sure to visit all the rooms as well as the second floor. The staff is bilingual, by the way. I didn't add pics because it's forbidden.
