We just visited the aquarium after its remodeling and entered an experience with penguins the biologists are super attentive, they explained all the activities for the care of the animals inside the aquarium, it was an unforgettable experience, everything very nice and at an affordable price

A few days ago they reopened it and it really is a great place if you like marine fauna; you can find countless species, I recommend dedicating about two hours.

The place costs 170 and 110 pesos for adults and children respectively. It's in a square next to the Ripley museum. I thought it has good displays with three very large ponds (there is a fourth dolphin pond that was empty). Most of them are species typical of the Tuxtlas area and the Veracruz reefs. Overall, I found it very complete and in good condition, the main pond is impressive; and it is the first time I see very active manatees which surprised me quite a lot. It also has a section with about 18 penguins. It's worth a lot.

Excellent and Incredible Place, a sign that if we have excellent places in Mexico, I understand that the quality aquarium has been lowered by a new rule, but even if I love it.

We had to be patient but it was worth it to see the Macaw ☺️. My 13 and 10 year old daughters enjoyed the aquarium. I would have liked the little store to be bigger with more souvenirs but the rest was very pleasant. The boys and girls were very friendly. We learned that the shark 🦈 they call him Benito is 30 years old and they normally live to be 25 years old. Wow 😮. They are expanding and it seems that the dolphins will be there soon 🐬.

It was under renovation but I still recommend it. The fish tanks are in excellent condition and the staff is very friendly and answers all your questions 😊❤️

Visiting this place should be mandatory when you go to Veracruz. You will love it and you will be able to enjoy a huge number of animals.

The day I went there were too many people, but we were able to see all the animals. We loved the space. They seem to be well cared for.

Messy entry, neglected facilities. Although the price is low, this aquarium is a must.
The people who are shouting are confusing, you don't understand it and you don't enjoy the visit.
