Nice shopping mall and good restaurants. Easy to get to and very beautiful. We ate at the Mexican restaurant and I loved the food.

High-end shopping area with great restaurants - easy to reach from Hotel District. After spending too much money on my wife and daughter at the many shops, we had a wonderful lunch overlooking the canal, then grabbed an ice cream before driving back to our hotel. Roofed parking keeps your car cool and safe if you have a rental. Otherwise a quick cab ride from most of the hotels in the Hotel District. Nice half-day outing.

As malls go in Cancun, this is the best. Clean, quiet, with a number of the international brands. Nice location. Nice view of the water. Worth a visit if you need to shop.

The security is super bad, super rude, they talk to you in a rude way, they tell you why don't you pay attention, they are super rude, they don't even want to come, super discredit for the square where everything is supposed to be nice.

It’s an antidote to the tourist zone in many respects, more locals than foreigners when we visited and a mix of brands in the mall from local to international. A bit of everything for shopping, dining and entertainment. Appropriate for families but not family-focused. Our favourite part was that in contrast to the tourist zone there’s not the constant stress of petty harassment/predation. We made shopped in a few stores and the bill was just the bill, no mysterious charges. No getting yelled or followed by lanyard types to visit a bar or make a purchase of something. There were several small vendors as well who just sold products in the normal professional way. Also seemed safe though there wasn’t much visible security. Notwithstanding our appreciation of the above it’s not distinctly ‘Mexican’ if that’s desired. Could be a marina/mall/hotel complex almost anywhere in the West. Still, was nice to shop and dine without getting hassled.

The Plaza is very lonely, there are still many empty stores, the conditions of the Plaza are in decline, for example the parking ATMs are not useful, you have to go look for one, the attention that the parking staff gives you is not good , the output pens are broken Some do not work. I think it is a beautiful square but not comfortable or functional.

The mall was attached to our hotel. So, it was super easy to access it.
-The mall is well maintained and just a great place to hang out! Lots of shops, restaurants, ice cream joints, and also has a theater. We thought this is better than the La Isla Shopping mall which is about 10kms away from Puerto Cancun.
-There is also a jumping place for kids.
-Location and views of the marina are great.
-Just take the R1/R2 bus if you are in the hotel zone to get dropped right in front of the mall(12 pesos only for a ticket in the bus)
Visit if you have time.

Husband and I visited in a morning but could see that it was more an evening venue with more eateries than stores. It is unpressurised shopping and a very clean and peasant environment but we left feeling underwhelmed.

Puerto Cancun - I was walking to the Mall and took some photos of trees and birds - a security guard on a motorbike stopped and asked me what I was taking photos of...I mean WTH? So weird - I mean is it suddenly illegal to take photos? Not welcoming at all.
The plaza itself is for a very small % of Mexicans with a lot.. I mean a lot of expendable cash.
There are some overpriced restaurants and one extremely overpriced vegan cake shop there - not great quality, just high prices.
It's open air and has most of the same shops that are in most malls - just outprices bars and restaurants and a 'look at me' vibe

Hi, can anyone tell me what the Sephora is like please? I’m from the UK and wondering if it’s worth taking a trip to this shopping centre whilst I’m here in Cancun. Is it like the ones in the USA? I know some smaller Sephora’s only stock Sephora’s own brand and not the big high street brands. Thanks in advance :)

Gracias por ponerse en contacto con Puerto Cancún Marina Town center. En Puerto Cancún, sabemos que las mascotas ocupan un lugar importante en la familia de nuestros visitantes, por lo que damos la facilidad para que pueda darse esta convivencia. Como medida de control, seguridad e higiene, la Administración llevará un registro de las mismas. A continuación, se presentan los lineamientos generales:
Restricciones
Solo se permitirá el acceso a mascotas que cuenten con registro, con collar y correa en buen estado.
No se permitirá el acceso a animales que puedan ser considerados como agresivos, salvajes o exóticos, o cualquier otro que a juicio de la administración y/o la empresa de seguridad del centro comercial represente una posible molestia para los demás visitantes.
No se permitirá sujetar la correa de las mascotas al mobiliario, cancelería y cualquier otro elemento del Centro Comercial.
No se permitirá el acceso a animales que presenten signos de enfermedades.
No se permitirá realizar actividades de juego o descanso fuera de las áreas designadas explícitamente para ello.
Cada uno de los arrendatarios tendrá el derecho de aceptar o no mascotas en su local, y podrá establecer reglas adicionales a las que establece este reglamento.
Obligaciones
Será obligación del dueño estar siempre vigilante del comportamiento de su mascota.
Será obligación del dueño sujetar a su mascota de la correa en todo momento.
Será obligación del dueño de la mascota recolectar cualquier desecho y colocarlo en los contenedores de basura identificados.
Será responsabilidad del dueño conservar en todo momento el “tag” de registro y reportarlo inmediatamente en caso de pérdida o robo, así mismo que la mascota porte visiblemente el “tag” identificador vigente en todo momento.
El dueño será responsable de cualquier daño y/o agresión que su mascota realice.
Proceso de registro
El registro se llevará a cabo en las oficinas o módulo de información del Centro Comercial.
Al momento de la inscripción el dueño deberá completar el formato de registro que será proporcionado por la Administración, es indispensable ir acompañado por su mascota para realizar una breve inspección y archivo fotográfico. Adicional deberá presentar la siguiente documentación vigente en original y copia:
IFE o pasaporte
Cartilla de vacunación de su mascota con vigencia no mayor de 6 meses de cuando se realice el registro.
Vigencia y cancelaciones
La vigencia del “tag” se especificará durante el proceso de registro, sin embargo, la Administración del Centro Comercial comunicará a los dueños cuando sea necesario realizar el proceso de renovación.
La Administración se reserva el derecho de retirar y cancelar cualquier “tag” de registro en caso de que se detecte mal uso o negligencia de las restricciones y/u obligaciones establecidas en este reglamento.
La administración podrá cambiar o modificar en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso este reglamento.
Áreas permitidas
Los pasillos del Centro Comercial podrán ser utilizados para el trayecto de las mascotas. Queda prohibido el acceso a mascotas en las áreas de comida y restaurantes. Los locales comerciales estarán señalizados para indicar si permiten o no el acceso a mascotas. Cualquier otra área incluyendo las de servicio quedará estrictamente fuera de los límites permitidos.
