My family had an amazing time in the park its our first time ever in a park like this we enjoyed every second of it 🩷 the food id great drinks everything! Our bartender Angel 👍🏽 very very good service

Great day out. Ok I know the price looks expensive but there is so much to do. All your food and drink is included, and food quality was good, and we had no issues getting a table for lunch. It was the only time we sat down during the day. When you arrive get yourself a locker for all your stuff and spend the remainder of the day walking around in your swimwear. Water shoes are good, we seemed to walk lots. All the towels , lifejacket, snorkel gear and lockers are free. Book tickets a few days in advance to get cheaper prices. For the tower I'd suggest either very beginning or end of the day when the queues are shorter (15-20min wait rather than 1hour), check the queue length before you go in. All the staff on the rides were happy and friendly. The lazy river takes a long time. We felt like we didn't have enough time to do everything we wanted (and hadn't opted do any of the additional paid activities).
As we were staying in Tulum we travelled to and from by taxi (as there were 4 of us). It gave us a bit more flexibility of arrival and departure times.

Family trip was amazing. Had a blast from
Start to finish. Only downside is the mosquito where crazy during our visit. Park is a beautiful.

We loved it! The tour was very well organized. It’s a long day but well worth it. Its all inclusive but there are added costs for some experiences (that's typical for any theme park). Its a great place to try several experiences in one place. Great place for families. The park is set up so there is plenty of room and not feel crowded. The food was good, there are several restaurants (buffets) to choose from. The staff is very good at moving you out of the restaurant quickly. We liked so much we are doing to more tours with Xcaret during our holiday

It's a beautiful water park! The restaurants are wonderful, the drinks are unlimited! Everything well cared for and preserved, a lot of security. I loved it!

The park is great for both children and adults. The park was empty, we didn't queue at all. It's expensive, but we think it's worth it. It's a Disney in Mexico...

Super fun, easy breath masks included for swimming in the cove, there are many activities to do, they have a cenote past the moving bridge, just behind the xel-ha 2024 sign.
Go on a super fun inflatable
We heard that they are building a new restaurant near the slide. So there was a lot of noise and dirt.
The food at the buffet is very delicious, but there is a lack of variety, they repeat the same thing at several stations.
The unlimited buffet and drinks are appreciated.
All park staff very friendly.
I had my tickets already paid for at an xcaret kiosk in my city and I still had to line up like everyone else at the box office, they should have a special line for those of us who have already paid so as not to waste so much time. And if you don't sign a form where you release xcaret from responsibility for any accident, they won't let you pass.

Excellent proposal for all ages in unique natural environments. The park has everything you could need. Bring water shoes and a swimsuit. recommendable

A great water-based nature park. We loved that there was access to free towels and lockers at pretty much every entry point into the water. And lots of access to snorkeling equipment, too. We added travel from our hotel to the park and a manatee encounter, and both worked out great. Don't expect to get to all the activities in one day, though, if you're visiting with youngish kids.

Its all fine! The water is perfect, the serviceminded people are everywhere, the entertainment is there... but the security is not! Never mind the bad all inclusive food, or the dolphins thats seems not so happy at all.. but the fact that you cant keep your eyes of anything. We are not talking about wallets, rings, or anything like that. But simpel things as caps, t shirts and sun glasses. Lost my beloved ones right there, in a split second. In a split second it was all destroyed. The security you experience in Disney, Las Vegas and other places is clearly not here. The prices are.. its not cheap at all! Now, if you add some insecurity to it.. then better stay home.
