I was in Cancun in May and my husband wanted to buy me Cartier bracelets! We spent a very long time at the boutique and finally I got 2 bracelets, one of the actually had wrong red threading, which was replaced here at Manhattan, NY . I would better buy it here. We spent more money In Mexico and Never got tax return! Since May they promised 40 days , then 45 and nothing. We spent the whole evening waiting for person to fill paper and still no money back even after I sent all papers again to tax refund! Very disappointed! Don’t buy anything therey advice!

I vacation in Cancun 3 to 4 times per year & I always stop into the Cartier boutique. Coming from New York I could easily shop Cartier in manhattan, but I love shopping in Cartier Cancun because of the fantastic service I always receive. The salesman Drago always treats me as if I'm spending a million dollars in the store, even when I'm just looking & not actually buying. He personally followed up on my tax back refund until it was paid. I would recommend this boutique & especially Drago to anyone looking for a mind blowing shopping experience!

Lleve unos lentes que compre en 16000 pesos porque se le afloja un tornillo y me los entregaron al mes y medio igual rotos y ni me llamaron jamás para decirme que estaban los volví. Llevar por segunda vez y todavía estoy esperando porque tampoco me an llamado ni me han dicho como va el proseso es una basura de lugar y de tienda
