We wanted to see Chicen Itza night show but the only option was to go to other places first and it was advertised as a full day. We paid over £200 for two of us. We visited the cenote, it was pretty but we’ve been to other cenotes, the “all you can eat buffet” was anything but. Not self service and comment if you asked for more. Not allowed your own drinks so that you buy their overpriced ones.
Wasn’t interested in the tequila tasting and sat waiting around for over an hour.
Next stop Valladolid. About an hour of sitting in a square surrounded by tourist tat shops.
Back on the bus to finally go to Chichen Itza only to be told that it has been cancelled due to bad weather. I know this can’t be helped but it took a full day out of our holiday and we didn’t get to see the main thing we came here for.
My disappointment turned to anger when we were “refunded” £20! Not even £20 each (which still wouldn’t have covered the cost of entry to Chichen Itza)
So if you want to pay £100 per person for a dodgy meal, swim in a cenote and a sit in a park for an hour, go ahead and book, but I would advise against it!
Go for the £40 daytime visit which includes the above and you will probably actually get to see Chichen Itza, albeit during the day!

Esther and Roberto were fantastic. I highly recommend their day tour of chichenitza, the cenote, and ik balam. Five star info and service.

Esther and Eduardo were amazing hosts. Two different ruin sites, an amazing cenote, all finished with a lovely cacao experience and mole chicken dinner. We traveled with two small children and Esther was very accommodating. Definitely recommend. Amazing experience

The attractions on this tour were wonderful, but we felt that the organized of the tour was a bit mismanaged. We had taken this tour during our honeymoon in tulum.
To arrive at our meeting point where the tour began, we had to take an $35 usd cab ride to a super market in el centro, just to be taken to our first attraction which was only .75 miles down the road from our hotel.
We feel like it would’ve been ok for the tour operators to have us met them at the first attraction to save time and money.
The Second attraction was the Tulúm ruins. It was wonderful, but it did feel a bit rushed as the bus parked a long way away from the ruins, therefore consuming a lot of time to walk to the bus to the ruins, and then again from the ruins to bus.
We then were taken about 10 minutes driving PASSED the third attraction to have lunch at another location. While lunch was included and delicious, we feel it would have been a much better use of our time if we were to spend more time at attraction and we could have lunch there.
Then we went to the cenotes, which were absolutely beautiful, and we could have spent a lot more time there than just the 2 hours that were allotted.
We will definitely be returning to the cenotes on another trip!

Tours were wonderful but do expect it to be a full day and be prepared to go in the evening.

Me gustaron mucho la variedad de chocolates. No había comido chocolate con habanero aunque el que más me gustó fue chocolate con vainilla, pero los demás también están muy ricos. Y saber qué tiene muchos beneficios a parte de su sabor es un plus

We loved this trip! The catamaran boat ride was lovely along the turquoise blue sea waters. The bar was open as soon as we left shore and the crew was attentive. The guided snorkelling was so much fun to do and the Dolphin Discovery venue for lunch was perfect. We had two stops: a small shopping district first with a sandy beach up the road with an oppourtunity to ride a golf cart around the island (not included), or shop, and then a second stop at Dolphin Discovery (option for a dolphin encounter (extra). We did neither the golf cart nor the dolphin encounter but still had lots to do and had a great time, The following evening at 6:30 we had our Captain Hook cruise and dinner. The pirate show was great fun and entertaining. We had the chicken dinner, which was delicious. The food was hot and of excellent quality. Drinks were free and served in your seat and the staff was attentive. The show was mostly in Spanish with some english but it was very enjoyable despite limited understanding so language is not a concern. Our group was primarily spanish so this is probably why they used limited english.
A couple of things to know: Make sure you get the follow up email with the specific details. They should come soon after you book. Plan on the expense of getting to Cancun, especially if you are staying at one of the more remote hotels. You take the Isla Mujures tour the day you book and the following evening (7:30), you go on the Pirate Dinner. It is possible to do the tour on the same day, although time is a little tight, they just book it the day after because you are exhausted after the full day out on the boat.

Hello! We are staying in Cozumel but want to do the Tulum Ruins and Cenote tour. Is there a water taxi that goes back to Cozumel later to accommodate this? Have you had tourists from Cozumel do this tour? Thank you!
The Ferry can take you back to cozumel you can google ferry cozumel schedules for more info.
