First time and we were amazed at the details and the experiences. They definitely play to all of your senses from your feet to your eyes and everything in-between. We ziplined, water slides and relaxation. Pictures are extra but worth it, we did not have to worry about our phones getting wet or damaged. Night time was amazing with everything lite up.

Xenses was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend it. Pick up was very timely and professional. The only drawback was the long wait at the transfer area. It was held up by late passengers. The park itself was an unforgettable experience. Short and sweet. Good to explore in a couple of hours. Drop off was efficient.

We visited Xenses for my daughter’s birthday on August 21, we arrived early to take advantage of the park and it was an excellent decision, we were able to perform the activities of the park twice, from the entrance to the rotating tunnel to the slide and flight of the bird we were quite surprised, the xensatorium has a very nice message and worth performing. I especially want to thank Yolitzin, Alain and the girl who was with Alain that day (she had glasses, sorry for not remembering your name I didn’t see it well) and Estephany on the bird flight (sorry if it’s not spelled your name but I don’t remember well how it was written on your gaffe) for making so beautiful and special the celebration of my girl’s birthday, from the entrance the girl of lockers and all the boys in each activity made us feel good. Overall everything was amazing.
To the people who visit the park I recommend to arrive early, heed the recommendations and INDICATIONS of the staff, as they were often visitors who by not paying attention delayed the line or activities. This park has a very nice vibe and do not underestimate it for being small next to others of Xcaret group, it is really recommended to visit. I hope to go soon with my children to Xenses Insomnia.
To the people who visit the park I recommend to arrive early, heed the recommendations and INDICATIONS of the staff, as they were often visitors who by not paying attention delayed the line or activities. This park has a very nice vibe and do not underestimate it for being small next to others of Xcaret group, it is really recommended to visit. I hope to go soon with my children to Xenses Insomnia.

Not worth the prize, there's way too little attractions considering what the tickets cost. Boring concept, doesn't include food (which would be fair considering the aforementioned pricey tickets). I had the worst experience of my life at the Xensatorium, I freaked out and asked for help and when the guide came I asked them if they could lead me to the exit but they left me there since there were just a few meters left for me to finish the tour. I asked for help again trying to get out to no avail. Do they not check the cameras or...? Horrible, horrible experience which I would never recommend to anyone. It was so horrible I don't want anything to do with Xcaret or visit any other of their parks.

It is a unique park, has diverse activities, exploits your senses to the full, includes relaxation sword, adrenaline, and exact for the whole family. We were a group of eight people and we were able to do all the activities with children from the age of nine and people until the age of 60. We loved it.

I was so excited to attend a day at Xenses with my husband. We visited on July 29 (Monday) 2024. The park itself was awesome but there were SERIOUS logistics issues that made the visit stressful and upsetting.
We booked directly through their company and utilized their in house transportation from our resort. We were told that we would be picked up at 8am. To begin with, the bus was over 30 minutes late. We got on bus around 8:40am with travelers also going to xcaret. On our next stop, we were asked to switch busses and ride with people who were going to xplor. They dropped off the xplor people at xplor first, even though their return transportation was at 5pm and ours was 2pm. When we finally arrived at park around 10am, the lines to get in were extremely slow despite having pre bought tickets and filled out waivers on bus. Everyone still had to wait in ticket line. Only half the windows were open although there were many employees standing around talking amongst themselves and trying to sell photo passes. We did not get to enter the park until 11am, three hours after our pick up time. We were told we were due back at our bus no later than 1:45pm for a 2pm departure time. That means we got less than 3 hours in the park.
We wasted no time getting in, and putting things in our locker and went to check out the xensatorium. This was an awesome attraction but we had to wait another 25 mins to enter. Then we went directly to the path of doing and waited 30 mins to go to the water slide. We did everything in succession. Then it was time to go. We had to rush through the town both ways and didn’t have time to enjoy the other attractions. They sold us a food package at the gate and we had to take it to go and almost missed the bus. We didn’t even change out of our wet clothes. Then we were crammed on to a 15 passenger van that was completely full.
I was so looking forward to this date day and felt super cheated. I paid $190 and it felt like a waste of time and money because we didn’t get to enjoy it or relax at all. We needed a whole additional hour at least to experience the park to the fullest.

It's great to read that you consider awesome our park. We would like to mention that compared to the rest of our theme parks, this one lasts half a day for those visitors to the destination who wish to optimize their stay by enjoying unique and unforgettable attractions in a short time.
On the other hand, we are constantly working on optimizing the transport times in all our services. Some factors such as the distance from the hotel to the park, traffic, and weather affect transfer times and this is a situation that is out of our hands. As far as possible and when our guests contact us through our call center, we recommend staying in hotels near the parks to speed up transportation times.
We are sorry that your experience wasn't the best due to this situation. Nevertheless, you can rest assured that your comments will be sent to the relevant department to look for any possible improvement opportunities and take immediate action.

Ivonne Miranda, because the visit was terrible because since you arrive they are already running you, they tell you departure times that just and these 4 hours, totally insufficient time for such a beautiful place, the photos want to sell you but that if or if you must buy for all your visitors or they do not sell you anything, they talk quietly among the sellers ATMs instructing that if you do not buy for everyone do not sell, the food unopened, by the way there was an accident with my wife which thanks to all the aforementioned was treated in the best way existing, professional, polite and super friendly, if not for them I really do not return and I put 0 if possible more than it is the beginning of the month to knock down their qualifications, I really hope at least tell them this comment really for them and be among the most mentioned in the year, many thanks to you for your help, hence in more 0 if possible, do not bother with your GENERIC comment, thank you.

I went with my family to Xensus park and I was blown away by the quality of the attractions and customer service, so much so that I went twice in one week. Regarding customer service, on the owl zip line where you are laying on your stomach as you fly through a beautiful forest, I was entreated with much respect from a man named José who was so kind as to spark interesting conversation about both of our lives. My visit to Xensus was more enjoyable because of the conversation I had with José. A great worker and an even better person.

Is there limit to how many times you can do an activity? For example if our children wanted to do the ziplining or water slide more than once?

You can do any activity as many times as you wish. However, it's important to take into consideration that depending on the operation of the day or even the season, we try to give the other visitors the chance to do the activity in case they haven't done it yet.
Regarding Bird Flight activity, this is recommended for children 5 years and older, as long as the harness fits it properly. Also, it is not advisable for people who have any recent surgeries (less than 6 months}, heart conditions, asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, back problems, or hernias.

We purchased the photo pass for BOTH me and my husband and were both given bands and were told we could get all photos we both took after 24 hours but only my photos have come through using the code they gave, my husbands are nowhere to be found.
I’ve emailed the email on the receipt for issues and tried Facebook messenger (both multiple times) and nobody is replying.
I am frustrated as we were told we would get all of the photos BOTH of us took but have not. I don’t know what to do and am not getting any answers.
I am really hoping someone can help me retrieve my husbands photos and get them to us otherwise we’ve lost out on a bunch of great photos. Can someone help???
