Incredible experience. It was so beautiful and intriguing. Our guide victor was incredible as he guided us through the jungle on bikes and then led us to this incredible place. It is in small groups which makes it unique Definitely recommend going.

The experience was great and our tour guide was Giselle she was amazing only thing is I paid for the package deal and was told a video would come with it and would get sent a link and I never received the link I reached out to them via email and they told me the link would be sent and never received . I sent multiple emails and they choose to ignore so I basically got scammed from what I was suppose to recieve in my package that I paid $100+ for

It’s beautiful. Gorgeous. The cenote was freeeeeezing cold, but it was soooo worth it. It was stunning. Seeing the Chichen Itza pyramids was another amazing experience we had. We loved the history lesson from our tour guide. Make sure you wear comfortable sneakers! We didn’t get to go down to the beach, but it was a beautiful view.

Our first experience in a cave was here and it was Fantastic! You will enter and see the spectacular formations everywhere. They do not allow you to take your own filming or photography equipment which on the one hand is good, because you do not want to take photos and enjoy the moment, but on the other hand you are obliged and buy the photos they produce. Guides and photographers are super attentive especially if you are with children. If you don't know how to swim don't worry because the vest behind the safety of not sinking and are one or two places that have a greater depth and you will have to hit your feet a little bit. Super recommended.

We had a great time during our tour Rio Secreto Wild, our tour guide Mich and photographer made it an even more incredible , one of a kind experience. We could really tell they put their heart in their service , and most importantly .. they take pride in doing what they do. Highly recommended!!! ❤️

Our family of 4 enjoyed the Rio Secreto Plus tour. We booked through Nexus at our hotel and were picked up at the hotel lobby at 9:30am. We arrived to the entrance around 10:30am, signed waivers and got into another van to drive another 15 minutes to the activity area. We dropped our stuff into lockers and were equipped with helmets. Our guide Fernando was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, patient and supportive. We were put into a group of 12 and some opted out of the bike ride portion and were driven instead. The bike ride was bumpy but fun! We did one repelling session down into a cave and felt very safe the entire time. We went back to the locker area on bike where we got into our swimsuits, water shoes and wetsuits (they provided the shoes and wetsuits for us to use). We swapped our helmets for ones with flashlights and headed down into the cenotes. This was by far our favourite part of the excursion. The caves were very cool and it was fun to hike and swim inside. We were glad we opted for the wetsuits as the water was chilly. When we turned out the lights, it was so dark and the kids loved it! What an experience! Our lunch happened at the end of the activities which ended up being around 4pm. We got back to the hotel around 5:45 so it was a full day excursion. Overall it was a fun day!

David S was our tour guide, and it was one of the high points of my wife and I's honeymoon. Swimming through an underwater cave is something I have never done before, and it was worth it. David S was funny, knowledgeable, and helpful in navigating the cenote. I didn't know that we would get to do rappelling and ziplining as well, so that was a pleasant surprise. The food after the tour is also yummy. My only complaint is the complete rip-off for souvenir photos. They only give you two options; one picture for $30 and all the pictures for $120. Maybe this is how they make their money, but they should at least advertise that or let people take pictures of their own (which they prohibit).

I had an awesome time here, the whole excursion was beautiful. I came on 8/22 /24 on carnival jubilee. I bought my pictures and didn't have service to download my pictures right then and there. Once I was back on the ship with service, I went to the site and entered in the code given and came up as wrong invalid code.
I spent $30 on 1 picture and now I have no way of getting my picture I spend money on and the fact I couldn't even take a picture from my phone of the actual picture is truly messed up ! Don't waste your time buying pictures. Just enjoy an take your own pictures as much as you can .

This is a trip that requires people who aren't afraid to have a little action and be adventurous on the trip. The caves were amazing and don't b afraid to get wet. The zipline, biking, and rappelling were also fun!

My husband is 6ft tall and 300 lbs. He can physically do the excursion but does not have a wetsuit. I read that you can wear shorts and a T-shirt. Is that ok? We are going in September this year.

they require and supply wet suits. when i was there a guy was about that size and they had some that fit him.

I went on 7/2/24 and now 7/4/24 still can't access my photos I purchased!? I contacted them through that same site but am worried I won't receive them at all before leaving the country

I had the same issue when I went in April, I was able to access the link and see the pictures but I was unable to download or save them while still in Mexico. I sent/forwarded the link through whatsapp to my daughter back home in Ontario and she was able to download and save them that way.

How long is the cycling in the plus tour? If you don't want to rappel, can you also enter the cave another way? Do you cycle through the jungle or are ways where you cycle paved? Do you have to walk or cycle a long way through the jungle? How much do they charge for photos?
