My friend scheduled a pickup from her place with this company. Miguel, my driver, contacted me prior to picking up to confirm location, etc. He was prompt, attentive, friendly and courteous. Next time I’m in Mexico, I look forward to using them for transport and seeing what they offer in terms of tours.

We had a great private roundtrip experience from the airport to our hotel in Riviera Maya and back to the airport. Smooth ride with bottled water in a clean air conditioned passenger van. Miguel our driver was very friendly and a great guy. We would highly recommend this company for any transfers in the Cancun Mexico area. Very reasonable compared to other companies and hotel websites. Will definitely use again when we come back to Mexico!

Sael was amazing, very very nice with us , he take care even with water and always on time.the company always ofrece us to feel safe, and the way they game care of us was amazing, also Leo a very nice person, and he was always award of all our needs.

Excellent service from Leo in the MeetPlaya office ( we had to change our original booking )
Prompt pick up by Miguel in a super clean & tidy vehicle ( 8 passengers ) with ice cold A/C and bottled water - at a fantastic price. A great start to our holiday. This is the only transfer company I would consider using. FIVE STAR service…. Highly recommended
