Rosario was our paparazzi for this excursion and took wonderful pics. Isaac was the dolphin trainer. We've done the dolphin experience in the Bahamas and Jamaica and this one was by far the best because it was the longest and the most interactive.

I recommend it 100% the very friendly staff, clean areas and above all the dolphins are under good care. I felt safe. I was at the activity with Cristofer and the photographs captured by Alexis. We really enjoyed it.

So awesome!! Christopher and Alexis were amazing to us and our young children. They made sure we were comfortable and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. We did NOT feel rushed at all. We were running a little late and they still accommodated us about 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment. We were a family of 4 with a 5 yr old and 12 yr old. It was our first time and it was amazing. We came on a Thursday in August, around 9am. We got to interact with dolphins Richie and Byron, they were the sweetest dolphins. Our 5 yr old boy had a great time, and we all felt safe the entire time thanks to the amazing staff and dolphins. We all wore life jackets. The entire experience took about 40 minutes in the water and probably 25 minutes outside the water (viewing photos, safety discussion, etc.). We paid about $635 for the 4 of us for the dolphins experience. The photos full package was $245 for all photos (digital).

We had the pleasure of being guided and photographed by Juan and Alexis. Juan was soooo knowledgeable abd the most AMAZING guide. His relationship with Kronos and Nautilus was amazing to see! Juan did the BEST job capturing these moments for us. Both of their services were unmatched. This was hands down an unforgettable experience!

My husband and I visited Dolphinaris on our trip to Mexico last month and had the best time doing the 'beyond connection' experience! A big thank you to our dolphin trainer Isaac for our wonderful and heart-warming experience with the dolphins, and for sharing your knowledge with us! And thank you to Aldo at reception and Fernando our photographer- we are so grateful for your time and kindness, and had a great day with you all! We have so many special memories from our trip to Dolphinaris and would highly recommend!

This was a wonderful experience. Juan was so knowledgeable and answered all of the questions our inquisitive group asked him. Alexis did a wonderful job with the photos. I would totally recommend this activity to families. Our teenagers loved it.

Not sure, we normally book with Lomas Travel at our Karisma Hotel. You can normally get a good price and it includes the transportation.
