Fantastic massage ! My wife and I had the couples massage, our friends had a massage/facial and we all agreed it was a lovely, clean and friendly place. A perfect way to unwind on holiday and about a third of the price that our Riu hotel wanted to charge ! 5 stars *****

The service was excellent, from the moment you enter until you leave, the massage by the therapists Maria and Karina was wonderful, my boyfriend and I left very relaxed.

If you are looking for a massage while you're in Playa del Carmen, Mia Spa is the place. First of all, it's super convenient. You can book online. They follow up with an email confirmation and a reminder. Located right off of Quinta so you can't miss it. The welcome was warm. The spa is super clean and smells soooo good. Our therapists were Maria and Eugenia. When I saw Eugenia I thought, she's petite. I doubt she will give me the pressure I like for my deep tissue massage. Well! Never judge a book by its cover. I had the BEST massage I have ever had in my life. My husband said the same about Maria. And you can not beat the price. We left the spa feeling so relaxed and renewed. We will definitely be back next time we are in town. Thank you Mia Spa! <3

Mia Spa Playa is a great place to get a massage. The facility is spotlessly clean, the staff is helpful, and the therapists are great. My wife likes a relaxing massage, and I like a deeper muscle massage. The Mia Spa Playa massage therapists are well trained and can accommodate all pressure levels. Don’t be fooled by the location. There is a Mia Spa facing 5th Avenue that will claim to be the “Mia Spa Playa”. The correct Mia Spa Playa is on Calle 28th North, between 5th and 10th Avenues.

Excellent Spa! Very friendly and excellent customer service experience! The service overall is great, and my family and I felt very relaxed. We visited twice while in Cancún, Mexico. The therapist (it's what they call the people who service you for a message) are excellent. After the first time we visited, we asked for a therapist who could give us a deep tissue massage, and they did not disappoint. It will definitely be a location to revisit anytime we are in Mexico.

I had an excellent masaje from Maria. Mia Spa is my go to place in Playa: its a beautiful oasis, the team is always welcoming and very friendly and they offer amazing massages. I can highly recommend Mia Spa!

A quite pleasant experience, we went a couple of days ago and the place was highly recommended, in terms of service and price highly recommended, we had service from Marlen Vega, said lady who was super attentive and friendly at all times, she generated such a good experience for us and relaxing, we would definitely return to the site.
