Highly recommend outstanding service
Big shout out to Martys homy tours we have done 2 trips with him his staff are amazing and so helpful
First one we got the times mixed up but an hour later than arranged they managed to pick us up and meet the coach to holbox I would of been gutted if we had missed it. Great day out great food. Beautiful beach. Lots of little shops
2nd trip was a private tour went snorkelling with turtles, then to coba ruins tricycles are a must but make sure you get them inside as 1200 pesos cheaper.
Then for lunch around the lagoon where crocs live but unfortunately we didn’t see them this time then onto some cenote yaxmuul caves and quads. This trip is a must.
Can’t recommend Martin enough we booked through messenger 3 months before as we wanted certain days and because we heard bookings through past friends who visited are quickly taken up but they very reliable, and communication is quick, which put our minds ar rest. We just paid a deposit by PayPal and rest cash but they don’t mind either.

Booked the tour after reading the reviews on Facebook and Trip Advisor which give nothing but praise. As we had never booked via this way we tiptoed our way through the process which was via FB messenger that for some may feel like a scam ….let me tell you the communication was excellent and the deposit transfer via PayPal was easy. The tickets where issued and balance on the day of the trip.
So far so good, on the day of the trip Pasqual was our guide and Jose our driver, they arrived on time and nothing was to much trouble at all, we did the scuba diving with the turtles which were amazing, then the long trip to the temples which lacked a little especially for the older teenagers with us but the bike hire using 1930 bikes with no brakes where fun to say the least!
Lunch was after which was a good tasty meal at a restaurant close by.
We then went to an area where the 4x4 and Cenotes where located, we arrived and although it was like a scene from the hills have eyes 2 film we went on the quads and this is when you realise the bumpy road that took us 20 mins to get down was like it was as this was our 4x4 trail (take bug spray is my only advise as they are deadly). The Cenotes were beautiful and refreshing and Pasqual liked this part of the trip as he was our lead on the quads and guide through the caves.
We travelled home and even got bought a beer off Pasqual on the way back.
Great trip, great day.
If your looking for a reliable operator to arrange your private tour for your party then look no further as they will cover everything.

We had such a great day with Pascal that I felt compelled to write my first ever Trip Advisor review. He and Martin made everything easy and convenient. And the excursions were awesome, even better than anticipated. Snorkeling with turtles in Akumal, ruins in Coba, ATV in the jungle, ended with swimming underground through a cave. I highly recommend Pascal and Martin for tours when visiting Riviera Maya.

We did 3 full day private trips with Martin Homys tours. And they were AMAZING. We went my wife, myself and our 10 year old daughter.
Martin was really patient as our daughter had never snorkelled before. He pushed her to do things that she would usually panic and refuse to with us!
First Trip
Yal ku lagoon - practice snorkelling with our daughter. This was really fun and could jump off a ledge. Also had fish that nibbled your toes which was hilarious
Coba ruins for lunch in a lovely local restaurant.
Coba Lake to spot crocs, we didn't see any this time.
Cristalino - snorkelling. Amazing snorkelling, calm water and lots of fish.
Second trip
Dolphin spotting in Sian Kaan.
The journey to get to Sian Kaan was really really long. Over 3 hours. And 2 hours of that was down a VERY bumpy road which was really uncomfortable. But what was waiting for us at the other end was amazing.
We had a little private boat take us out. We saw dolphins, Sting Ray's, Giant Turtles, Fish Eagles and a crocodile! We then swam in the 'natural pool' which was a shallow sandy part in the middle of the sea with crystal clear water. And also went snorkelling on the barrier reef.
We then went to this absolutely beautiful restaurant overlooking the beach where we had fajitas. Such a lovely way to end the trip.
Third trip
This trip we went with Pasqual. He was really friendly and a good laugh. Had some really nice conversations with him throughout the day.
The trip:
Snorkelling with turtles in Akumel. The turtles were amazing, came very close to us and the tour guides were great with our daughter who found it difficult to swim in the sea.
Tulum Ruins - it was so hot we sped around it and left. We don't get overly excited over ruins but they are amazing.
Beach Restaurant for lunch - really nice restaurant with music and a good atmosphere, great food as well.
Quad biking to underground river trek. The quad biking was fantastic. Our daughter loved it! Martin was verget involved with every part of it! Really gave us an adrenaline rush! Martin was full of knowledge about the caves and history which we loved.
Would really reccomend Martin & Pasqual, they were really fun. Their dog Hermosa came along and she was so lovely. She even did the deep water cave swimming with us with her little life jacket on 😭😍
Martin has lots of funny stories to make the journeys go quicker, get him to tell you the Chief Wigam storyy informative and made sure we were safe and understood what we were doing.

I can't get over this part of the trip. It was absolutely amazing. We went down into some caves and got into the water, swam through 6 different Chambers that were pitch black other than our torches. Really exhilarating and again our daughter managed to .

Absolutely amazing experience. Martin was such a knowledgable and friendly tour guide, he honestly made the trip so amazing! Highly reccomend for everyone, as the tour was so versatile. 10/10 day

Did a private tour with Martin from Homy’s. He personalised a tour for us and gently pushed our limits. We had an amazing day. We were out from 8am until about 6.45pm. I didn’t want to be stuck all day on a coach - and told Martin this. So although we were out all day we did so much. We went to two very different ruins - Tulum and Coba. Then we went to a buffet lunch opposite Coba lake where crocodiles nest. We then moved onto exploring caves - these were amazing. Then we went to a cenotes that was not yet open to the public. This was so fantastic. Also quad biking at our ages (60 and 67) for the first time! Brilliant day x

We had a private tour for our group of 7. Martin and Pasqual picked us up at the RIU Palace Mexico. He has a wonderful British accent and has very entertaining stories to occupy the time between stops. His dog (Hermosa) was wonderful too. We went to Tulum in the morning, before it became too hot to walk around. We then did the sea turtle trip but I would not recommend this. The sea was a bit rough, my mask leaked so I could not see much, our guide was more interested in speaking Spanish to her other guide friends than to our group, and there was very little sea life to view. From there, we went to a great restaurant, which I highly recommend; outstanding food, great price, slow service but hey, it is what it is! From there we went to a lazy river, snorkeling thing. It was beautiful and worth the experience. We then went to a private cenote that was not yet commercialized. Words cannot describe this; worth double the price! The water is very cold but one gets used to it quickly. I loved this tour, loved this guide and will use his service again!

Mika, the local tourguide really knew his Mayan history. Small groups in little vans instead of big busses. Such a fun and interesting day!

WOW, what an amazing day. It started at 0830 when Pascual, our driver, picked us up. We went to a beautiful beach where a boat took us out to do some snorkeling. The first thing we saw was a barracuda, then lots of beautiful fish. Our snorkeling guide, Rebecca, called us over to see some sting rays. Then we saw a turtle, it passed us so quickly I didn't get chance to take a video. Fortunately we saw two more and one of them swam straight towards me.
We were then taken to Yax-Muul, a park of cenotes. (Cenotes are under ground lakes connected by miles and miles of tunnels) We swam in a number of cenotes and one we had to absail into.
Next came a trip into the jungle on ATVs, with me spending most of my time laughing as my friend drove into another tree. 😄
We thought that was the end of the day but Pascual had a surprise for us. He took us to the most amazing cenote. The stalagmites and stalactites were beautiful, natural carved into rocks that looked like Buddhas, Kings on throwns amount other things.
It really has even a very special day.

We had a great time with Pascual on our trip to Chichen Itza, Hubiku, and Valladolid! We had a group of 12 and for us, a private tour was definitely the way to go! The day was ours, we could stay at each location as long as we wanted and felt no pressure to have to hurry to move to the next event. Fun bonus, if we saw some wildlife they would pull over and allow us to take pictures. Communicating what our group wanted to do prior to the day of the trip was awesome and working with Martin was SO easy. I can't say enough good things about this company. I have taken one other tour with this company and they are outstanding and the best in the area in my opinion!
