Rented 3 electric bikes. Web site gave me issues but one phone call straighten it out. Bikes in good shape.

We had an amazing stay at Westin Riverfront over the holiday and rented skis from Beaver Creek next door. We had gone to the store due to miscommunication by James on a discount coupon. When returning for further clarification and help, James became insolent , started serving other customers while amidst a transaction with us and was disrespectful and rude.
Extremely bad experience. When returning skis we had a better experience with another more experienced person on staff, however we would rather have been without this experience. I was in the market to purchase snowboards and gear however opted to take the business elsewhere due to the lack of customer service .

Took my 13 year old son here for a junior rental. I was charged an extra $40 for the performance rental. Tried to email, call, use website contact form to resolve with store. Nobody ever called me back. The rental cost and terrible customer service should encourage you to go somewhere else.

There is an excellent selection of skis to demo at this store at the escalator in Beaver Creek Village. Erin H in the demo department helped my son choose the right ski for him and worked had to make sure he was buying the right ski and the right price. She was patient and really knew her stuff. Much, much better than the sister store at Vail Village!!!! Thanks Erin for making our ski buying experience so perfect!!!!

Do you cringe in stores with arbitrary lines (other patrons are line cutting) and frontline staff with no management oversight who wing it for any semblance of process? And to top it off, while waiting in excruciating lines in a short staffed store, you can do it with your small, restless children by your side! Then this is your place.
The equipment rental location of their beaver creek store is a disaster and seems perpetually short-staffed. Computer systems don't function and point of sale equipment has no semblance of order, and the staff function in a dreamlike state with no sense of urgency. It's a train wreck and you, dear customer, get to experience it all.
Will ever rent from here again.

In BC, perfect location, friendly staff and good equipment, very flexible when plans change, suggest booking on line prior to arrival for savings!! SKI STORAGE DAILY AY NO COST!! NICE !!!!
