To escape.
Too bad because the site itself is nice.
No professionalism, neither to accommodation, nor to care especially, what is most important, due to lack of qualified personnel, trainees of a few days and various technical problems, nor to some courses in swimming pool paid extra!!!?
No consideration from management.
No thermal water to drink pdt several days during cure, invalid water testing system not prescribed by the cure doctor indicating that the water is not thermally validated!?
No treatment Vaporarium (hammam) for a week and two days on
weeks
No massage under thermal water because technical problem due to bacteria during the weeks of cure!!!?
Prescribed care by doctor of the cure not respected due to lack of staff 9 only out of 18!!!
No access to the spa, sauna, steam room in the hours shown.
We are good that to pay even care not performed and we must be quiet, that is the motto of this structure a priori!

I thank the ladies of the reception present this 26/08/2024, for their care filled with sweetness and kindness, as well as nurse Isabelle having put me an ice pocket on the very large edema in the foot that I had and who several times came to see me.
The busy doctors couldn't see me to give my cure the green light or not. The next day saw Dr. Avarvarvarei Luminata. Everything was done by her smoothly and with great competence. Referred me to Aubenas Hospital.
His diagnosis was good.
She saw me again this Wednesday to write me a letter and comfort me also because obviously the cure was not possible.
Promise was made that next year I will come back.
Thank you all very much you are great

small spa resort, this establishment is very pleasant both because of its location and thanks to the staff who are very pleasant. A small number of spa guests unlike the thermal chains which are there only for the money, here we are good. We are known by our first or last name and that’s really nice. We come back every year because the virtues of the care provided are lasting.

Perfect for a cure with top-notch care and caregivers. Adapted structure with medical and administrative staff close to spa guests. Well done

3-day stay at the thermal baths to relax.
The staff is impeccable, very friendly.
The thermal baths are good. We stayed at the Hôtel des Thermales, very large room (studios), very well equipped, with fridge, microwave, hob, ironing board etc...

Le cadre, l'ambiance spécifique et ses bains de boue en baignoire qui permettaient un moment de détente et de soin bien appréciés mais qui vont disparaitre, hélas, en 2024... OhLesBains pour faire évoluer le projet.

Situé dans un cadre très calme, les thermes de Neyrac offrent au curiste un cadre idéal pour réussir sa cure. Le personnel est charmant et compétent. C'est surtout une cure thermale à taille humaine où chaque curiste trouvent ses soins adaptés. Pour le logement la résidence des thermes est très bien avec climatisation et canal +.
Mais quid de l'avenir suite au changement récent de direction qui compte faire des économies d'énergie ? Par exemple l'an prochain il n'y aura plus les baignoires !!!
Y-aura-t-il des kinés comme cette année ?

Des Thermes à taille humaine ou le personnel, tout le personnel, est agréable quelque soit le poste de travail.

Super moment passé au spa thermal. Accueil fort sympathique et qualité des soins très bon. Nous avons fais des soins le matin et profités de l’accès au spa l’après-midi. Très très bonne journée relaxante
