Beautiful view! This artist owned redtaurant has Been our very favorite for breakfast for many many years. It’s so relaxing to sit by the marina and have a breakfast burrito!

One of a handful of restaurants on the south end of the Nuevo Vallarta marina, this family run Cafe was a wonderful place to have breakfast in the morning, looking out at the tranquil marina. We use to go there every time we visited the area. Unfortunately, we found it closed on our last visit in May 2019. Their Facebook page indicates this is still the case. Hopefully they will be able to reopen after the current pandemic comes to an end.

We stopped by to see the new concept and design. Looks like some of the old world charm will be gone...and something more modern and. upscale is planned. WE have loved our many visits to this cafe and hope to come back and see the new place. Warm wishes to the owners and hope to see the wonderful art and music return to the cafe too!

The owner has unfortunately just torn down the restaurant so those wanting to give it a try will have to wait now until next winter when they are scheduled to reopen. The food is absolutely wonderful with their fresh shrimp burgers and salads topping our list of favourites. We’ve been visiting this restaurant for years and they never disappoint.

The restaurant is closed for the 2019/2020 season. Ecoected to re open fall of 2020. The place is being missed by many in the Marina area of Nuevo Vallarta

This restaurant is at one of the marina’s, it is a beautiful site. The breakfast we ordered was amazing. It was a good portion but not too much. The staff is very friendly. They spoke English. I thought it was interesting that one can pay with pesos, American dollars or credit card. Now bad news, we saw a model of a structure at the restaurant and asked about it. Apparently that whole building is going to get demolished and a new building built. Get there while you can.

Amazing and inexpensive - fresh omlettes, veggies and amazing coffee! Wonderful and you just walk down the beach! The owner was so sweet and it's quiet, and gorgeous views of the marina!

Estudio Cafe no longer has their art gallery on the first floor; paintings and sculptures are relocated to an off-site display/sales area. The great food and service remains, and are the real reasons we keep coming back year after year.
3 nights a week a limited but great dinner menu is offered. We try to make reservations for the fantastic coconut shrimp.
We also like the French Toast Breakfast, made with thick slices of grainy bread.
The view over a night scene marina is peaceful, live music is an added treat. The seating is limited so make advance reservations.
Prices are moderate and they accept Visa and MasterCard .

They are closed for remodeling. Building condos above and restaurant will be on the ground floor. Estimate to re-open in November 2020.

It appears not. You would need to get to the other side of the marina which requires you getting across the water.
