My husband and I live in Langley and today was the first time we had ever been to Chilliwack. We happened upon this beautiful store and were so glad we did. The store is a magical mix of beauty and elegance. So much to see and choose from. Gorgeous products at reasonable prices. I'm pretty sure some of the items here would cost twice as much in downtown Vancouver. It was also nice to see so many local products and labels that said "Made in Canada". Staff were excellent, no sales pressure at all. Bravo Button Box, we will return.

Beautiful boutique 😍 Great collection of locally made skin products, clothesline, gifts for loved ones. I wish I had more money to Purchase little piece of everything-from here

I honestly like what this boutique sells, for the home and clothing, but the customer service is so disappointing. I have returned a few times hoping my experience would be different, but it never has been.
I am never acknowledged when I am in the store, except when I make a purchase (but barely), staff are usually on their phone, and I also get to hear all about the gossip going on in their lives. I feel awkward and unappreciated while I shop.
I would just appreciate being treated like a customer when I am spending more than I probably should on their products. I enjoy supporting the local businesses, although I do not think I will continue to do so at The Button Box.
