Lovely Distillery with Great Drinks

Took a quick trip to Granville Island and walked into this wonderful place. The décor is awesome and the drinks are even better. You have the opportunity buy a flight and try all of their spirits. I didn't have time to do that but I recommend it. I tried the Rose Colored Glasses.

Cute place, great staff!

Such a friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff. We tried the flights... I had the gin flight and hubby had the whiskey. There are delicious cocktails available as well as the flights.
We like the family style seating where strangers share tables. This gives a great opportunity to strike up a conversation with fellow travelers or local distillery lovers. We sat with a couple from Washington that lives within 30 minutes of us. :)
We liked their spirits and ended up buying a bottle of their Endeavor Gin.

We've done an annual private event with Liberty since 2016 and Lisa, Rob, and crew have been amazing every year. Their service is exceptional, cocktails are top level, and the best craft spirits around.

The setting is fun and welcoming with great atmosphere. Recommend for events of drop in for a cocktail!

The Great Spirits Tour Guide!

We were idly considering places to visit on a very short visit to Vancouver on our way back from Victoria. We chose The Liberty Distillery and, in retrospect, we couldn't have made a better choice! We were greater by Adam in the very comfortable and well-appointed tasting room and he proceeded to walk is through a variety of offerings including whiskeys and gins which were of particular interest to us. VERY compelling flavors captured our attention which we thoroughly enjoyed. However, it was the engaging and well-informed Adam who made our visit feel special and our only regret is that it isn't feasible for us to easily go back for a visit. We highly recommend settling in for a spirits tour and enjoying the ambiance.

Josue and Adam were fantastic hosts. Had a great time this afternoon! I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations and relaxing in this distillery while my family was out and about.

Great drinks and friendly service.

We came across Liberty Distillery while walking around Granville Island. My wife ordered an espresso martini and I got a flight including vodka, gin and whisky. The drinks were delicious and the service was even better. Highly recommended.

Gem of Granville Island

This is a true Gem of Vancouver and Granville Island. The ambience, the cocktails, and the service are superb! So, after being regulars for years, we decided to have our special occasion celebrated there. Booking the space for the private event was easy and comfortable. Lisa was very responsive and helpful. We were able to pick a signature cocktail with our custom name, and they even made the custom menus for us with our event title and pictures on it. Preparing and setting up for event was really stress-free, staff was very polite, professional, and helpful. Our guests were thoroughly impressed and some already plan to have their own celebrations there.

Great little bar adjacent to a micro distillery. I had a Negroni which was very good. The spirit prices were a little on the high side but overall a very good experience.

We had such an amazing time at Liberty Distillery. I had the regular Liberty flight and it was so good, I can't wait to come back and try more drinks. The service was great too. Definitely worth giving this a try.
