I honestly would like to give it a better rating, but there is something that bothered me too much. I guess good things first. Well, the interior is quite something. I’ve been to at least a dozen breweries around Vancouver, and I think my personal brewery interior design award goes to Postmark. That space is just stunning. The second thing that deserves praise is their menu — full kitchen, which is rather a rare thing for local breweries, with exciting options. We tried a few things, and all of them were delicious. Now, the first thing that I wasn’t too excited about is that very few brews from the list were available. Beers I was mostly interested in weren’t available. From what we tried, I liked two, others were good beers, but I didn’t find them memorable, which is okay.
What unpleasantly surprised me was wine, more specifically, how it’s served. Basically, wine is on tap the same way beer is. First, they pour it into a vessel, and after wine goes into a glass. The problem is that there are two vessels — for white and red wine, so ALL of the white wine goes into one vessel, and ALL of the red wine goes in another. These vessels are not changed or rinsed before being filled with another type of wine. I’ve never seen anything like that in my life. Maybe it is okay with others, but I find it absolutely unacceptable. Maybe things changed since we’ve been there last time, I don’t know, but that was something that shocked me. I still might give it a second chance in the future, but I am certainly not going to order wine there.

Deze brouwerij en restaurant zit in een geweldig pand. Alleen hiervoor loop je graag een stuk vanaf het centrum.
De inrichting is verder heel mooi gedaan en het is knap dat zo’n hoog pand geen nare akoestiek geeft. Personeel is vriendelijk, bij ons een beetje overdreven en gemaakt geïnteresseerd.
Het lokale bier en wijnen zijn heerlijk en het eten bijzonder. Popcorn bij een hamburger en pizza met lam. Jammie.

Situated in a slightly off-putting area - we thought we were heading for the cargo port - but once inside the magnificent wooden doors, all was well. Brilliantly refurbed unique interior, making the most of the high ceilinged space and warm and welcoming natural materials. Friendly welcome from the highly attentive staff and delightful sampling paddle of craft beers. Excellent brunch food too. All in all a very pleasant experience.

A super sampling of one of Vancouver’s best craft beer AND wineries. Food looked very good. We were in for a one and done pint/glass so we did not sample the food. Staff were great,courteous and provided a historical account of the building. First incarnation was a World War II airplane propeller plant. Check it out.

We didn’t enjoy our walk here but once there we loved the brewery. Great variety of beer and wine. We didn’t eat but the food looked amazing. The indoor ambiance is relaxing.

Went for brunch Sunday morning. Nice menu with a different twist. It is also a beer location and wine bar. Apparently a very unique dinner menu as well.

Absolutely fantastic beers and they are attached to the Belgard kitchen where you can get amazing food as well! love to grab a flight of beer or a few pints and eat top quality food. This is not your average brewery ! They also are connected to the Vancouver urban winery. 1 stop shop for beer, wine and amzing food . they also have a small tasting area if you want to be less formal and just pop in for a beer, flight or growler fill . I got the Pork Belly and Scallops ! These are next level!

Went here last Sunday for brunch with a few friends from out of town. It was fantastic! Gorgeous interior, wonderful food and drink, and awesome service all around. Our server was fantastic, and made lots of helpful recommendations - particularly to pair our brunch with some morning bubbly and beer (I recommend the sour!). There was a slight miscommunication with the kitchen on what we ordered (small enough that we didn't even notice), but one of the day-time managers came out, apologized, comped the meal and even gave us needy millennials some free avocado toast! Thanks so much Andy and team - absolutely top notch in every regard. See you soon! P.S. Please keep that sour on tap!

From the moment you walk up to the front of Postmark, you are struck by it's elegant design. Beautifully designed 2 foot wood doors greet you at the entrance, followed by massive 20 foot glass doors on the inside. The smells as you enter are fantastic, you can smell the craft they have applied to their beer and their food immediately.
The menu is great. As a vegetarian, I had only a few options, but those options were awesome. I opted to have the Dragon Bowl. It didn't disappoint. Awesome flavours through and through, and looked as good as it tasted. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It certainly held up to the promise of craft that the beautiful design of the building espoused.
The staff were great too. Friendly, and prompt. Overall, this was a great experience. I'll be back for sure.

I was unsure that this brewery was going to be good. It just seemed too trendy. However, it was excellent. From the building it’s in to the food to the beer, it was a great evening. The beer was some of the best I have had in Vancouver. The roasted cauliflower was absolutely delicious, too.
