Not a great experience! Staff were grumpy and kept telling the kids not to jump so high!! Um isn't that the whole point of the park? For the price you pay, it isn't worth it. There is only one little section open and you have to pay extra for anything else. Won't go back.

Just want to give a huge shout out to Alex and the staff at flying squirrel in Victoria . A friend contacted Alex a little while back and explained to him that we had a foster child who wanted a birthday party at flying squirrel. Our child asked us for months but due to financial situation we just weren’t able to do it. Alex went above and beyond with no hesitation to make it happen and give our foster child a birthday of a lifetime. The staff was friendly and so kind and we had the best day . This is a company I’d support over and over again and recommend that everyone does. In a time like covid when all companies are struggling financially, alex made it very clear he has a good heart and cares about our community and the people in it.
Thank you again Alex and team we will be forever grateful and will definitely be supporting you in the future .

Fun and a good workout with a mask but never saw anyone cleaning the trampoline park.
We had never been before and liked that it wasn't very crowded. There was only 1 young man watching us for most of the time. He was quite nice and on top of it however, several children were not following the rules on masks and the staff did speak to them multiple times. I felt after one warning this far into the pandemic they should have been asked to leave. I felt safe staying with my own children and we actively avoided others.
There was a birthday party happening when we left which I thought wasn't permitted. Their website says we are to jump with the people in our family bubble.

COVID ALERT: Please read this before going!
The Flying Squirrel was closed for most of the pandemic but has recently reopened. As exciting as that is DO NOT GO IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH/DON'T WANT TO GET SICK! (I went so you don't have to! I attended recently in April 2021 so this is a very up to date review!) They claim to have a mask policy as well as frequent sanitization. Neither are true. Children and adults alike not wearing masks and staff not caring. Children spitting on other patrons and chewing on railings. A child put the basketball in his mouth and when I asked the staff about this they said they could not do anything (despite their signs saying they could remove people who were not wearing masks or not being cover safe). I left within ten minutes when I was spat on and staff told me "Well we sanitize every hour and a half". They do not. Their website claims they sanitize with heavy duty chemicals to ensure safety. They really have teenager walk around with a spray bottle who only cleans the chairs people aren't sitting on and the handrails that are metal at the front of the building. THE TRAMPOLINES AND TRAMPOLINE EQUIPMENT ARE NOT CLEANED.
Bottom line: This place is a cesspool for covid and anyone who values their own or their children safety should not go. The Flying Squirrel should never have been allowed to re-open.

We came while visiting family, says it’s the largest but u pay extra for everything except one small section. Kids were playing tag got into trouble, seemed like the workers were the no fun police. Very disappointing for what u pay. Have a better trampoline park where we live in lloydminster.
