Travelling with an elderly relative and wheelchair, we wanted to maximise our short cruise time on shore. We arrived late afternoon and Sandra and her driver met us at the cruise terminal. It was a horrible afternoon and if we hadn't made the plans in advance I don't think we would have bothered. Because of the weather, Sandra made another great choice -- bringing a larger van for transport rather than the london taxi. This meant we were comfortable despite the rain and miserable day. We went straight to Butchart Gardens and had a wonderful stroll around the grounds, despite the weather. On the way, Sandra gave us lots of information about the city and the areas we were driving through. After visiting Butchart, we went on a tour through the city. Sandra took us to some special viewing points which gave us a new perspective on the city. It was a great trip and very easy, with us getting back to the ship in plenty of time. We contacted Sandra months before the cruise, and she was very easy to communicate with, keeping in touch, suggesting options that suited our interests and also very reasonable costs. Would definitely tour with her again.

I called Victoria Taxi from New York, made a reservation for a cruise ship pick up to take us to Victoria Gardens.
When we got off the ship they were there right on time.
We went straight out and the driver even arranged for a pick up time to return to the ship so we did not have to first call and then wait for another ride.
Highly recommend!

Sandra (and driver Shanon) gave an absolutely 5 star overview of their lovely city; comfortable, informative and totally excellent. Driving around in the genuine London taxi is the only way to experience such a beautiful city!

Had a great tour of Victoria with Sandra and driver. Sandra’s knowledge of Victoria and the history of this fascinating area is absolutely incredible! We were given a customized, detailed tour which was much appreciated. The driver was courteous, professional and ensured our safety at all times. Thanks Sandra!

Lovely tour September 17th of Butchart Gardens and then Victoria with lovely guide Sandra. She was there to pick us up, accommodated two more people, waited patiently, went with our flow...yes yes yes!! Do it, folks!

My daughter and I were on a cruise that stopped in Victoria for the day. We definitely made the most of our time there by choosing Victoria's London Taxi Day Tours. Sandra knows and loves her city and there is no better way to see it than with her as your guide.
She tailors the tour to what you want to see and gives you lots of information about Victoria as you are driving. She makes sure to get you back to the ship in plenty of time. My daughter and I highly recommend taking this tour!

Sandra and Shannon are the best! We had such a great time with them as they took us on a fabulous tour of Victoria. We had limited time in Victoria so we booked a tour with Sandra so we could make the most of our visit. We were even picked up at our hotel and dropped off where we requested. Sandra was so knowledgeable and she and Shannon so pleasant and accommodating. I would certainly recommend this tour.

We traveled with a party of 9 and had only 6 hours in Victoria while in port on a cruise. Sandra was waiting for us as soon as the ship arrived as planned and we were off to see the city! We spent several hours at Butchart Gardens and then Sandra gave us a brief guided tour of the city as we drove back toward the port. She was knowledgeable and kind and we were able to basically see exactly what we wanted in the time we had available. We chose to have her drop us off in front of the Fairmont Hotel and then we walked about 30 minutes back to the ship so we could see some of the waterfront on foot. It was wonderful to avoid the usual chaos of a cruise ship shore excursion and we loved the personalized tour. Highly recommend this tour to make the most of a short stay in Victoria.

I first had the chance to tour Victoria when our cruise ship stopped in 2012. I had the opportunity to go back to Victoria and couldn't wait to go on a tour with Sandra again in her authentic London can. Once again, I was completely satisfied with the magnificent tour!!!

The cab had room for up to 4 people. Basically one bench seat for 2 and 2 little reverse jump seats that fold down. If anyone on the tour has a large body habitus, keep that in mind and adjust accordingly for everyone's comfort.

We are visiting Victoria on the Celebrity Soltice crusie on the 12th May. Our ship arrives at 1730 & we are in port until midnight. Would there be any tours covering this time & how much would it cost us. Tis is for my husband & myself but we are also travelling with another couple & they may be interested in coming with us.

My Husband & I will be flying into Victoria to spend 1 night. We arrive early at 8.30 am . We want to know if you will be able to pick us up from the airport & then do the tour of the Buchart Gardens and a drive along the coast & ending in Downtown at our hotel? Also How much it will cost & for how many hours?

Hi Guys,
Did you go to John & Sandras web site and email them directly? They are super prompt at getting back to you. I am not sure about picking up at the airport because I don't know where that is, however they are happy to drop you off anywhere downtown you would like to be dropped. Also, not sure how much luggage you will have but keep in mind this is a small taxi so not to much "extra" will fit. My suggestion would be to take a shuttle to your hotel and have them hold your luggage if your room is not ready and then have John & Sandra pick you up at your hotel. Just a thought. Enjoy!

Go on website for the London taxi and email Sandra, the owner. Very easy to contact her and she always got back to me within minutes usually. She does tours customized and best to "talk" to her directly about what they can and can't do.

Looks like a great tour. Their website mentions an hourly fee but I can't find pricing anywhere. Does anyone have some sample rates? Thanks!

When we went last September, the price was $140 for 2 hrs. for the two of us. I don't know if the rates are still the same or not.
