Customer service doesn't exist.
I have called the store in both locations The phone is never answered they say leave a message but nobody returns what's the call.
Over the last six months I have left messages at least five times and no one ever returns calls.
Talk on the street is that it's gone downhill and I can see why
It's a shame.

One of my favourite shops in the city, always spend way too much time in there! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and everything is very authentic!

As someone who has had a life long fascination with pretty little gems and crystals, this place is an absolute dream come true. The staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgable, but not at all pushy. You can tell they're not trying to sell to you, but rather they are there to help you find what you need which, I'll be honest, is how I wish everywhere was. They also have a literal "wall to wall" selection of gorgeous beads, crystal and otherwise. Not to mention the owner travels around the world picking out all the amazing products in here, be it clothing or gems, so you know you're getting the creme of the crop! All in all, I'm heavily addicted to the energy, and the products inside this awesome little crystal cave, nestled so sweetly in the heart of Osborne Village. I highly recommend you take a peek inside. :)
