Beautiful lake side to visit when you are in Barrie. Lots of activities for kids and a nice sandy beach. Parking can be little cumbersome but if you are good to park a little far you are in for a treat. There was some kids fest going on and there were lots of rides on offer. Kids loved the rides and enjoyed their time in Barrie.

Lake simcoe is a beautiful, clean, healthy, inland lake in ontario. Municipalities surround the lake and beached abound on all sides which are accessible to the public. The residents, the government, the conservation authorities all are doing a good job. Best beaches at Barrie waterfront, Orillia waterfront, keswick waterfront...

Lake Simcoe is a beautiful, clear lake. Great for fishing, canoeing, paddle boating or kayaking. Water is a little chilly to swim In although my grandchildren did. Such brave souls! We stayed at an Air B@B cabin for 7 days . Love it and would recommend this to anyone wanting to reconnect to nature!

The parking lot is very expensive and always they are checking to give you a ticket . we can find better places with free parking .The lake is not suitable for swimming. it good for picnic.

Quando se fala em Canadá, não se espera um lugar de diversão aquática assim.O lago proporciona uma área de banho ótima, espaço kids,pista para caminhada,esportes náuticos em uma água cristalina. Sem falar da beleza dos gramados e amplo espaço de convívio.

5대호 만큼은 아니지만, 엄청나게 큰 호수입니다. 자동차가 없으면 찾아가기 어려운 지역이 대다수지만, 배리가 위치한 곳은 대중교통으로도 갈 수 있습니다. 바베큐, 낚시도 가능하고 어린이들을 위한 놀이터도 곳곳에 있습니다.

Lake Simcoe to the north of Toronto is a large lake set in a quiet peaceful setting. I am told the fishing is good but for me sitting quietly in this beautiful, natural environment is sufficient reason to visit. Probably best earlier in summer but great at any time of year. Freezes over in winter if you like the cold but late autumn with the colour in the trees it must be a wonder to behold with the backdrop of the lake.

The region around Lake Simcoe is easy reachable from Toronto. Recommend it to end one's roundtrip in Canada to have some final relaxind days at one of the resorts. If you like Gambling, the Casino Rama is not far from Orilia!

it's just one hour away from TO and it's great to walk around or be on one of the small beaches ... loved it ... if you got the time being in TO - go there it's really worth it
