I had a very bad experience last night (Aug 26 ) show @10.30 pm in AVX16 theater at cineplex Brampton. The seat J13 was fall and my wife get fall on the floor with the seat. Want to report this incidence but no buddy was there to report. After movie we tried to contact but no buddy was there to listen. Today Aug 27 at 11.28 am Called cineplex on 18003330061 and try to explain the customer representative, but the lady just hang up on the phone. I will have report to the consumers court.

Floors are sticky, pop machine always dirty, washroom are not clean. I also find that crowd here to be young and annoying and speak during the meeting

I was able to make it out this weekend and catch a movie this place is very packed very busy at all times of the day it was just disorganized chaos as soon as you walk in the front door. This location is considerably old the movie theatres are dirty they have a distinct odour stale don’t even discuss the washrooms these were the most disgusting washrooms I have ever been in my life stinky Reminence of urine all over the floors walls seats. Unfortunately this location is closest to me fortunately there are other locations that I can go to from now on let’s place desperately needs a quick reno and needs better monitoring as far as cleaning the theatres out after each movie and constant cleanse leanness of the washrooms you’ve been warned

I must say when ever i go for movies and if i have to go through with stuff for food or anything they all dead no proper answer and when you ask for anything exp tray you ask. Them like favor. come on give customer service training stuff proper before they go on the floor.

July 30th gave a poor review on another site. I have returned as of Aug.8th.It was not busy however there were three employees on duty. Our helper took us through the ticket machine and answered all our questions.Still some glitches..the machine did not print our tickets and she had to go behind the front desk to print our tickets. I'd say getting better.

Getting in and out of this theatre is like trying to dodge rain with an umbrella. The theatre is standard fare and the D Box seats are low back crippling for me but the boys love it.

This is the closest movie theatre to my home so it is probably the one we go to most often. I recommend never going on a Tuesday for an evening movie because you can barely get through the doors it is so busy. Also would not recommend a Friday night unless you want to walk through groups of smoking teenagers and listen to teenagers talking during your movie. Too busy for me. However, the theatre itself is okay. I've never been overly impressed with the food or service but they do play movies and the place is kept pretty clean.

I always have minimal issues at this location. Latest technology for AVX and UltraAVX makes movies like Star Trek seem more amazing.

Madaari is a great movie on Indian corruption and very touching, human aspect of it. Irfan khan great role and so was Jimmy Shergill. Theatre seats were not comfortable.

Centrally located with nice clean theatres and washrooms. Never seems to be crowded went many times with the kids :-)
