We spent a half day with our 3 and 7-year-olds in August (2022). The park is affordable and the kids had a terrific time. As we were from out of town we did not bring our lunch (coolers) and had to rely on the waterpark canteens. Apparently, owing to staff shortages at least one is shut down which meant unbearably long waits (greater than an hour) at the one food stand. The food truck parked outside the gate was no faster as we went to get hot dogs and the wait was 1/2 hr for those. It is clearly a popular place as they ran out of rentable inner tubes, which meant another long wait at the easy river. Overall, kids loved the wave pool, but save yourself some frustration and come early and bring your food. We noted the cost of season passes for locals - and we would definitely get one if we lived nearby.

Our family, 14 of us ranging in age from 2 to 73 went on the labour day weekend and had a terrific time. The park was busy, but with all of the open space, it wasn't crowed.
The weather was perfect and our fear that the water would be cold was unfounded. The wave pool & lazy river was actually quite warm. The lineups were almost non-existent which was great as we got to do everything we wanted to do without having to wait.
Taking a family of 14 was a real buy compared to many of the other water parks we've attended. We set up on tables right beside the wave pool, got "free" lifejackets for the little ones and as an added bonus, we brought our own food and drinks. The site was spotless as were the washrooms and changing areas.
We were impressed by the fast action of the lifeguards as they performed 2 rescues that seemed effortless. The female lifeguard was the most impressive as she rescued a man twice her weight making it look so simple. Unlike some other parks, they are very organized and focussed on the job.
The kiddie pool was too cold for our youngest, but that wasn't a problem as she loved the shallow end of the wave pool and cried when we brought het out for lunch.
We all had a great time and we will be buying gamily passes next year.

The waterpark itself is fun for all ages. Rates are also reasonable. The reason for 3-rating is because of their food outlets. We bought a pizza, considering how busy the waterpark is, they only have 1 POS machine in every outlet to take orders which causes a long line up for all guests. Furthermore, there are employees chatting at the back during a line up while a cashier takes orders one guest at a time. Employees don't show attentiveness and alertness on guests orders. Lastly, my husband witnessed an employee not wearing gloves scooping the ice cream with his fingers to release it from the ice cream utensil. Food safety is very crucial to us especially I'm expecting and I have very young kids.

Me and my husband decided to go on the two person waterside and waited for a long time just to get to the top. Just as we were about to get in the tube the employee asked us how much we weigh. I was sort of caught off guard but he said there was a weight restriction. So I told him I weighed 150 and my husband weighed 185. He didn’t believe us and asked in front of everybody standing up there waiting for the slide ( one was closed out of two , so all waiting for the one we were in ) and told us to get on the scale!!!
I was mortified and I told him I would not step on the scale in front of all these people. I felt so embarrassed and humiliated and we are clearly not 400 lbs combined. He ordered us to go down on separate tubes or get weighed. I refused and told him to call his manager. He eventually agreed with my husband that he would get on the scale and see clearly that I weighed less. My husband weighs 185. He finally let us go down after a scene and at the bottom was a manager which we told the whole incident to. She did nothing for us and didn’t see anything wrong with her employee and how he embarrassed us.
Very humiliated. I will never return to this place

Went to the park. Nice excitement to be seen from the QEW. Excellent idea to be opened so early on a Saturday. So family can have good long days.

Fabulous place, lots of slides, the wave pool is huge and the lazy river was really cool especially as it was such a hot day. Plenty of lifeguards everywhere. We took our own food and drinks and had a great picnic in the sheltered area .

We have been there for 2 times with kids ( 5 and 8 years old). We had a great time sliding and also swimming in the pool. The waves started every 10 min. There were 6 slides in total : 4 for all ages ( 47 inches minimum hight) and 2 for adults, but you can surely enjoy all of them. There was also a lazy river. Lots of lounge chairs and picnic tables. There is also a food court there.

Its not a big water park. Has five rides in total,
1. Slide 1
2. Slide 2 (higher attitude)
3. Wave pool
4. Lazy river
5. Kids splash area
Staff is well trained and friendly. You can bring your own food. Making BBQ is not allowed inside. Food is also available inside. Make sure to get a 5 dollar locker.sunset rates are slashed down also.

Is there any areas with loungers and shade or do I have to ent a cabana in get shade? From the pictures it looks very open but I do see some blue shaded areas, are those free?? And if I rent a tube can it be used all over the park?

Yes picnic tables are free and you can use your rental tube on any tube ride.

Good afternoon
All day lockers are available for $ 10, $15 or $ 20 and can be opened as many times as you want throughout the day. There are loonie lockers in the change room and cost $1 per opening
