The food, the drink, the experience .. all of it was wonderful. Jessica, our guide, was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend spending some time getting to know Kingston’s food scene in this unique way.

Great fun. Jessica our tour guide is amazing full of information and very energetic. Great to go and try different tappas and drinks at all the local restaurants. Restaurants were very welcoming and were very generous with the drinks and food. If you have people visiting from out of town this is a great way to show them our town. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent tapas tour with Dan and Heather yesterday. Visited four amazing restaurants. We so enjoyed specialty taps and drink pairings. A perfect way to start off our weekend. Would visit Olivea, Black Dog Tavern, Dianne’s and the Frontenac Club again, for sure. In fact we stopped back in at Dianne’s been back to Dianne’s tonight!!!

Highly, highly recommend this food tour! We did the Tapas version and had an absolute blast. The tour guide is fun, energetic, and fact-filled. The food and drinks were wonderful, and the price is super reasonable for all that you get. Each stop included a drink and a small dish with a dedicated table inside the restaurant for our group.
We were warmly welcomed in each location, demonstrating the close partnerships that Kingston Food Tours has developed with the local restaurants. The guide provided historic information and food facts at each location while still allowing time for mingling amongst the group.
We are local to the area, but nonetheless this was a one-of-a-kind experience and we got to see places we had never seen before.
We also found out on the tour that this is a small, family-run operation, which makes the high quality of this tour even more impressive, and I'm very glad to be supporting this local business!

We did the Tapas Tour with Jessica for a bachelorette. We had an amazing time. Jessica had lots of great knowledge about Kingston’s history and our foods. We enjoyed many great foods with lots of variety. We also had a vegetarian with us that was accommodated with yummy food alternatives. Highly recommend and we would go again.

We enjoyed our tour so much! Jessica was a wonderfully enthusiastic, passionate, and knowledgeable tour guide. I can’t believe how much great food, fascinating stories, and venues she manages to pack into one tour. Can’t wait to go back with my husband!

Jessica was so knowledgeable and informative about every place we went to. We were on the Tapas tour and each spot has a different meal, including our last stop for dessert! We all have been in Kingston at least a few years, and we all learned something new. Even if you are born and raised in Kingston, they are able to tell you insider information about each stop because they all take their time to know the community. Great food and facts with a short walk is a perfect activity for a summer day. Water is offered at each stop to ensure you are hydrated. We might go on the Classic tour just to have the fun again!

My mom and I really enjoyed this tour! Jessica was our guide, and she was incredible--super personable, knowledgeable, and great energy. We learned so much about the history of Kingston, the restaurants and the people & stories behind them, and all the food and drink we tried. It was an excellent way to try many of the great restaurants and businesses Kingston has to offer. We ended up back at Dianne's for dinner that evening and it was fantastic. We did the classic tour, and I'll definitely do the tapas one next time I am visiting with my girlfriends.

My husband uses a walker. Would this tour be suitable for him? The reviews sound wonderful and we'd love to participate, but just a little leery about how much walking is involved.

I think it would depend on how much walking he can manage as it covered quite a bit of distance around town. I agree with the other person, that you should contact the tour company to ask. We found them very helpful for any of our questions.
