I live not far from these gardens (as well as all the other parks along the Lake). Every time I visit this beautiful park, I see something new and wonderful. This is an amazing place, run by volunteers who work hard to keep the gardens beautiful. It's so calm, peaceful and relaxing. And it's one park where you can count on dog-walkers to keep their pets on the leash. Watch out for bikers, though.

We walk here every year when the Rhododendron are in full bloom. Very pleasant and relaxing. The we go down Godfrey's Lane to the small parkette where we sit by the lake for 1/2 an hour or so. There is a small parking lot there that you can use to access the gardens. Very relaxing, and then there are some great pubs with patios nearby, some of them pet friendly.

If you want to see a one of Canada’s largest collections of rhododendrons and azaleas you must visit this Gardens along the lake in Pork Credit in Mississauga . When we visited in June we were lucky to also see the peonies and roses in bloom. My husband was also delighted to see a large flock of swans swimming in the lake inside the gardens.

This was our first visit to this fascinating park. Parking is limited so plan your visit.
This is a large park donated to the community by Dr. Joseph Brueckner. It is beautifully located between Lakeshore Blvd. and Lake Ontario. It offers a wide array of flower gardens, walking trails and lake vistas. Plan to linger and enjoy nature.

This park is multi-dimensional. There are beautiful plantation, grass landscape, lake front beach etc. Great for a nice quiet walk down the green paths or walk little further to the beach front.

You could just restore there for a very short time. If you happened to be nearby, just check this place. Different plants (with information near them), the park is well maintained, good place to relax.

This is a great garden to see when the flowers and plants are in full bloom. A personal favourite to run they this park and the waterfront trail on a regular basis. A lot of wildlife in the area.

I walk along the water front trail with my son and dog weekly and the blooms are gorgeous. The gardens are well maintained and nothing beats walking down by the lake.

This garden is more than what you see from the street level. The colors are gorgeous. Perfect, for a stroll and take in the nature within a city.

Love the gardens specially in Spring & Summer when everything is blooming, nice place to walk, relax, sit on the bench or by the lake. Perfect for any day.
