Our tours follow the same route from all 3 of our departure locations! You can also choose either our wet or dry tour from our US or Canadian locations. The fully guided tour starts on the lower Niagara River into the Niagara Gorge at 55mp/hour. We then take you up to the famous Niagara Whirlpool and through the Class 5 ‘Devil’s Hole’ rapids. The tour from our Niagara Falls, Canada and Lewiston, New York locations are approximately 45 minutes, and our tour from Niagara on the Lake, Canada is approximately 60 minutes. The additional 15 minutes from Niagara on the Lake are spent through the slow no-wake zone on the lower river before we enter the Gorge.

Thanks for your question! There is free parking at all of our departure locations. You can also park for free at one of our check-in locations - the Floral Clock - and take one of our complimentary shuttles down to the dock.

As of right now, our last date for this season is October 20th, 2019 for the Canadian location (Queenston, ON) and September 29th, 2019 for the American location (Lewiston NY). Feel free to give us a call in the fall to find out is that period will be extended.

Thanks for your question! Because we have flat bottom boats, the vessel is able to cut through the waves instead of rock side-to-side between them. So we typically don't have issues with people getting motion sickness on our ride.

Hi Isaac, there is a height requirement of 40 inches for the Jet Dome and of 44 inches for the Wet Jet.

We operate in the Lower Niagara River Gorge in the class 5 Rapids of Devils Hole. Our boating excursion is a whitewater adventure trip however we do not see the falls from our vantage point.
