Had the BEST help finding right size colour fora Irish Design sweater . Absolute in LOVE with it. NEVER DISAPPOINTED. Have been shopping their over 20 years .

Did some Xmas shopping there today. Spent over $100. Asked for gift receipt and a box for the $70 gloves. Box and gloves were stuffed loosely in my shopping bag with receipt. No gift receipt. No wrapping of gloves just a flattened box. Pretty dismissive attitude.

My wife and I came in here to look around and were considering making a couple of purchases however some rude female staff member decided to follow us around the store like we were common criminals.
To give this some context ,we are a mid 50's professional couple fairly well dressed. We decided not to purchase anything and have a message to this rude sales lady - "Our combined income is likely 10 times what you make in a year sweetie. We could have bought anything in that store - we don't need to shoplift"
It's too bad since this place has some nice stuff but we won't be returning.
To give this some context ,we are a mid 50's professional couple fairly well dressed. Very nice items.. moderately priced. Very nice store.. the reason I give it 2 stars was the horrible lack of customer service. My friend and I went in yesterday ( Tuesday) a slow afternoon.. there were at least 3 staff working and not one greeted us or offered us help. We looked through the entire shop and stopped to look at a few items and at the jewellery counter one lady was directly in front of me in fact I tried to make contact with her and she just looked else where as if she did not want to acknowledge me. It was very rude.. sales people walking by several times not bothering to say hello.
There are a few items that I would buy in there but I very hesitant to support this kind of snobbish retailer. Very put off by the experience.

I love this store, they have beautiful items from Ireland (even though I can't wait to go back) it is wonderful to be able to purchase authentic Irish products in Canada. Lots of variety and good prices.

Bought a gorgeous Irish knit vest that is perfect for this time of year.
It was a man’s vest, but that didn’t stop me. It even came with a tag that told what all the different stitches were called with pics of them.
Something in this store for everyone.
The only problem is, where do you draw the line. Everything was top quality & the quality was worth the price!!
Highly recommended!!!!!!!

This is one story you don't want to miss if your are touring Niagara-on-the-lake! It is chock full of all things Irish from traditional Irish wool sweaters and scarves to jewelry to Guinness goods to Belleek porcelain. I could have wandered the aisles for hours!

Unusual for Trip-Advisor to rate businesses, but this one's worth a stroll through. In fact, it's the one shop I insist on visiting when I'm nearby.
This is high-quality clothing, jewellery, decor, and memorabilia. No schlock here! A wee bit crowded, but it works. I've purchased a couple of things from them in the past and have always been satisfied and pleased. Reasonable prices for the quality and nature of what they sell.
Worth the stroll, even if you don't buy anything - we didn't this time, but we; have before and you never know....
