We loved our food tour of St Lawrence Market. CJ was a fantastic guide; funny and informative :). We went to vendors we had never been to before. We learned alot about the history of the market as well as Toronto. We tried a wide range of foods...all were delicious! Two thumbs up! We will definitely be doing another food tour with Culinary Adventure Co. We are from Toronto and would recommend this tour to Torontonians and visitors.

Culinary Adventure Co (CAC) really knows how to run a food tour. We loved the couple of hours we spent with CJ at the St. Lawrence Market. CJ was so knowledgeable about the history of both the market, the surrounding area, the vendors and the food. We played a game (for a prize!) and had lots of fun. I would recommend CAC to anyone wanting to explore Toronto through food.

Both our guide and the food were great.
Our guide was so nice and and she knew lots of interesting facts.

We had a wonderful experience on the Sugar & Spice Holiday Tour with Kaitlin. Our family members are tremendous fans of food tours and we enjoy taking food tours in new countries as a means of exploring the culture and city through food and stories. Although we live in the GTA, we have participated in almost all of the Culinary Adventure tours in Toronto over the past few years. Being able to explore our local Toronto with Culinary Adventure always offers an excellent mix of interesting food and history or stories. This Sugar & Spice tour also let us complete holiday shopping, as Kaitlin took our family of four through intriguing local mercantile and foodie shops in the West end, in addition to stops for amazing food and drink. Thanks to Kaitlin!

Joined the Lawrence food tour and met with the guide CJ. Was a fun tour with a nice variety of food and interesting history and tidbits of the area.

We took two food tours with Culinary Adventure Co. Food Tours - one of St. Lawrence Market and one of Chinatown/Kennsington Marker. Highly recommend both. Both tour guides were engaging and very knowledgable. It was clear had a passion for food. They also provided so much insight to the small businesses they team up with which added to the enjoyment of the tour. You can't go wrong with Culinary Adventure Co. Food Tours.

CJ was delightful. She made the tour fun, connecting with each person, providing interesting information about the area and the food. The food was delicious and the variety was great. I would highly recommend the tour.

A group of 8 of us went on a tour of St Lawrence Market to celebrate a milestone birthday. Our guide CJ was amazing!!! CJ was super informative, entertaining and knowledgeable. She made the experience extra special.

Yes we can help with gluten-free diets. While not everyone of our partners/restaurant dishes have a substitution there certainly will be enough choice and options for you to enjoy a tour with us.
But make sure you highlight any dietary restrictions or needs at the time of booking so we can plan for your visit.

Hi Ruth - we just came across your question. Our apologies for the delay. All our tours are suitable for vegetarians. You can make that selection when you purchase your tickets.
Our recommendation would be our Riverside + Leslieville Food Tour and/or our Chinatown + Kensington Market Food Tour.

Hi. Our Chinatown + Kensington Market Food Tour starts 11am in both Friday and Saturday in the winter. More departures in the summer.
If you have a group of 6 or more - we can also run the tour privately. And then you select your start time personally.

Hey there / we host dozens of teens our Food Tours and Adventures a year. It would depend on which Tour you're interested - but the best for teens would be our Chinatown/Kensington Market Food Tour, St. Lawrence Market Food Tour or our Riverside/Leslieville Food Tour. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the question. We don't offer walk-up sales as we need to prearranged and pay for the food + drink in advance of our Food Tours.
So, ordering online or calling our ticketing team prior is needed. But note you can purchase Food Tour tickets up to 2-hours before the start time.

There is a Green P parking lot (our local city brand) just a few steps north of the Food Tour meeting spot. Just north of Broadview and Queen.
However, the Food stout finsihes a few blocks from the start so public transit is also very easy and let's explore more at the end of the tour.

It's hard to say how spicy it is - for you.
What's your tolerance? Do you eat any spice / buffalo wings / jalapeños on a pizza / hot sauce?
The tour is very accessible and we wouldn't classify it as "spicy" but everyone's palate is unique.
