I took the apple pie class with partner and it was a great experience. Our pastry chef went through everything we needed to know and helped us along the way. We each made a cute pie that we took home to bake later or freeze.
If you love baking and/or are a beginner and want to try to expand your pastry skills, definitely try Le Dolci.

Firstly - I'm located in Boston and this is a review about a virtual event.
I've had to put on many virtual events for my company since COVID hit, but when my COO asked for an intimate cooking event, I was a little stumped on where to begin. There are so many options out there for cooking and a lot of the smaller classes were too expensive, were part of larger groups, or pre-recorded classes.
I asked my colleague if they happened to have put on any cooking class events before, and he said no but his sister had done a few baking classes recently. So I reached out to Le Dolci Bakery and they went through a few options for us and we decided to do their apple pie class.
The team absolutely loved it. They were able to interact with the chef while baking and still able to chit chat and laugh along with each other. I have a team of over achievers over here and they were able to create some masterpieces (pics included). Some baked theirs right after and others froze them for future eats.
They also offer some gluten free and vegan options.
Would highly recommend for a virtual event or just getting together with a group to have some fun.
I will definitely use them again. The group loved Chef Amanda and Hellen was wonderful to work with.

I participated in the Virtual Parisian Macarons class yesterday and learned a ton! Yuki is a very knowledgeable and patient instructor. I'm very pleased with how they turned out and it was so great to be able to take this class from the comfort of home.

We did a virtual class for my wife's birthday as we could not all get together in one place (Covid). The class experience was amazing. They sent out all the items we needed and instruction sheets ahead of time and the instructor was super friendly and did a great job of guiding us though. We learned alot about how to put a cake together and make it look professional and had fun too.

Recently my daughter and I attended a Cake decorating class at Le Dolci and had a blast! All the hard work is done for you - when you arrive, you have a table set up with cakes baked and ready for assembly and a tub of icing, turntable, spreading tools and aprons (although you can bring your own if you have one). Attendees are required to wear masks and tables are generously spaced, so the environment is very safe. They also offer virtual classes and kits that you can order and there are classes for a variety of types of baking and suitable for a variety of skill levels. Our instructor Zoe was friendly and helpful - she demonstrated how to assemble the cake and decorate it and was available for questions and assistance. She coloured the icing for us and piping bags and tips were provided as well as sprinkles and dragees so that we could decorate to our hearts' content. We each left with a beautiful and delicious cake (if you've ever sampled one of Le Dolci's cakes or cupcakes, they are superb! ) Lots of fun and suitable for a novice baker! We plan to return for a future class - perhaps something more challenging like macarons or bread!

First virtual baking class. My teen daughter and I loved it!!! Thank you for walking us through every step and answering all our questions. Great tips! We turned out 2 beautiful loaves of bread.

We had the chocolate croissants and coffee. We also tried a couple of their cute fancy glazed desserts which for me was underwhelming and didn’t have a lot of flavour and the crust was impossible to eat!

Our company @fusecreateto did a virtual team gnocchi making class with Chef Zoe @ledolci. It was a terrific and delizioso evening! Zoe’s virtual tutorial skills are as well crafted as her culinary skills. Hellen at @ledolci was a pleasure to deal with when coordinating our event and we look forward to doing something again in the future.

Amazing COVID-proof birthday party!! Celebrated my daughter's birthday here with her friends! They are doing everything to keep very high health and safety standards. Temperature checks, each student with own space and materials. All wore masks and felt very safe! Thank you so much, Chef Zoe and Hellen!!

Hi there,
The weather in August is very warm in Toronto and we don't have an all inclusive option. Our classes are all one offs and they are very enjoyable and you take back to your hotel what you've made.
