After seeing their candy-making video online last fall, we decided to make Montreal our vacation spot this summer. We booked a candy-making workshop. It was an amazing experience! Our boys (10 & 12) had an awesome time making candy! And we came home with about 5 lbs of candy including the candy we made and purchased! Such a unique experience. If you have a sweet tooth, you gotta stop in here!

Visitamos la tienda por un video que encontramos en Facebook y sin lugar a dudas fue una excelente decisión, el lugar es pequeño pero vale la pena ver como preparan los dulces ahí al momento, nos ofrecieron unos caramelos de sandía picante que están deliciosos!!! Además de todo los diseños son muy originales y tienen una gran variedad de sabores para todos los gustos, excelente!!!!

Cute little fruit flavoured candies that looks cute and tastes sweet but not too sweet! Try the banana flavour, won't disappoint!

Plusieurs sortes de bonbons...sirop d'érable, banane, fraise, etc. Croustillants à l'extérieur et un peu plus tendres à l'intérieur. Le goût est extraordinaire. Ça vaut vraiement le détour. Il y a des ateliers pour fabriquer de bonbons et ils font ceux-ci devant vous. Très impressionnant.

Went to Candylabs a few weeks ago. Their candy is the best I've ever had. It is well worth going. My favourite is banana.

Cutest little candy designs and robust flavor. They offer workshops and make candy every day from 4:00-7:00 PM if you want to go and see. Prices are reasonable, considering the candy is handmade and they are paying downtown Montreal rent rates. They are right near Concordia University on the corner of Guy and Sherbrooke. They even sell the heels of the candy logs for a reasonable price. It's really funny actually. And they offer tasting....yum!!! We went there last weekend just to check it out (and to buy some holiday gifts) and I have to go back because the candy really is the perfect gift for those who you are not sure about gifting. Candies are vegan as well.

Ce magasin de la ville de Montréal a quelque chose de magique.
Dès votre entrée, la gentillesse est de mise.
Remplie de bonbons qu'ils fabriquent eux mêmes avec des parfums naturels, en tubes, en pots ou bien en sachets, vous avez le choix.
Vous pouvez aussi les goûter pour vous faire votre propre avis. Leurs goûts sont particulièrement exquis !
Mais ce qui les différencie de tous, c'est que leur bonbons ont tous leurs propres images créés directement à l'intérieur, par un très savant processus d'étirements des matières lors de leurs fabrications qui est faite main.
Je vous conseille vivement d'aller assister à leurs fabrications qui est un émerveillement pour les yeux.

The candies at Candylabs are all beautiful hand-made hard candies. The flavors are varied (mostly fruity) and excellent and the designs are truly beautiful and creative.
