We visited Saint Laurent boulevard in particular to go to Eva B’s vintage clothing store which was great but the area is also great for street art and cool quirky cafes and bars. We enjoyed this area.

Saint-Laurent Avenue is an important road that runs through Montreal Island. It runs from the Old Port through the Old Town, China Town, Mount Royal Community, Little Italy and other places to the other end of the island. There are many important tourist attractions and gourmet restaurants along the way. For the average tourist, it is unlikely and unnecessary to walk the entire trail. You can choose a section of the road that interests you, stop and enjoy it slowly.

This arty boulevard descends gently from the cosmopolitan plateau of Montreal towards the old center. Served to the south by the Saint-Laurent Metro Station, this rather authentic neighborhood offers a beautiful snapshot of Montreal life. There we come across boutiques of young designers as well as old stalls of Catalan independence antique dealers.

It's called "The Main" here, part of the local lore. Historically important as the neighborhood of the 19th Century immigrants, Portuguese and Jewish. Still some remnants, but times have changed, and now this is a desirable close-in neighborhood for gentrification. Still a little sketchy post-covid, too many empty storefronts. But lots of cafes, and it is a major street.

I was unaware that Saint Laurent Boulevard was a TripAdvisor attraction. After leaving the airport, I was on Saint Laurent Boulevard 90 minutes later in search of Schwartz Deli. There are lots of restaurants, pubs and shops along here. I would recommend Schwartz Deli for a smoked meat sandwich, then on the same block, go to Coco Rico for dessert.

Comme la rue est devenue triste avec la Covid. Avec l'administration municipale actuelle, la ville est laissée à l'abandon

Love this street so much! We always come here for shopping and smoked meat every time we visit Montreal! Never failed us!

Lungo quasi dodici chilometri (dal San Lorenzo fino a Rivière des Prairies) attraversa la città da sud a nord. Il Saint Laurent Boulevard è stato per generazioni la linea di demarcazione simbolica per Montreal, con la popolazione prevalentemente di lingua inglese a ovest e quella di lingua francese a est. E' stato per decenni il cuore della comunità ebraica. Per un viaggiatore curioso è un'arteria che andrebbe percorsa a piedi dalla Vieux-Montreal al Plateau. Grandi scoperte e sorprese ovunque.

Many shops and restaurants offer a wide variety of choices. There’s something for all. Please do not hesitate to enter those old shops still offering things one doesn’t find anywhere.

I'm confused! Milan is in Italy. St. Laurent Blvd is in Montreal, Quebec. Please advise what you are looking for. You are on 2 continents.
