This food tour was a lovely way to spend a day in Quebec, learning about the food culture and getting the fast pass into some great restaurants with lines out the door. We had five stops, all of which were warm, and sat down to try various bites such as lion’s mane mushroom, duck carpaccio, brisket, pea soup, maple taffy, maple fudge, a croissant, a glass of wine, a glass of gin and poutine. I may have even missed something!!! Our guide was informative and fun and we even met a family who joined the tour for a second time because they enjoyed it so much the first time around.
