Horrible customer service. I emailed and also used Facebook messenger. No response. Takes like 2 minutes to respond back. Not sure what's up. Have not seen any recent reviews. I was referred to this establishment by a friend who had a party there last year, great time was had by all. Disappointed due to lack of communication.

Three out of four of us had never done an escape room before so we were terrible at it. Still we enjoyed the experience and would do it again.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The process to pick the room and sign up was easy.
A fun way to spend a hot evening!

This was our first time doing an escape room and we found it really fun. We did the inheritance challenge and it was great! The staff were very friendly. We would highly recommend.

I wanted to do something different for my husband's birthday this year so we did an escape room and it was a lot of fun. Definitely a different experience.

Great team building experience with close friends. Definitely doing another. Loved it!
Very well organized and friendly staff. A great way to create memories with friends. 5 thumbs up!
Note: Arrive early as finding parking downtown Saskatoon can be challenging.

We went to Escape City and did the Neuro room. We had a great time! The puzzles were challenging and super creative. We have done 2 escape rooms at different locations and this was by far the best.
Everyone was talking about it for days after! Highly recommend!

This was my first time at an escape room, and it was so much fun. I almost wanted to do another room right away! It's a bit pricey, but I guess there's worse things to spend $ on. I also like they didn't take your photo and then try to sell it to you. They just email it to you. I would recommend this activity to anyone looking for something fun to do.
