Dear Nick,
We want to extend our sincere apologies for the disappointing experience you had with Epic North Tours. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused during your trip-planning process.
First and foremost, we would like to address the issue of the tour cancellations. We understand that having multiple tours cancelled shortly before your late August trip was incredibly frustrating and disruptive. We want to clarify that our decision to cancel excursions is not taken lightly, and it is always based on the minimum number of participants required for each tour to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Unfortunately, in a few instances this summer, we did not reach the minimum number of participants, which led to these cancellations. We understand the inconvenience and frustration this may have caused you, and we are genuinely sorry.
Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we take it to heart as we continuously strive to improve our services and ensure a better experience for our guests. We will be reviewing our booking and communication processes to prevent such occurrences in the future.
We understand that you had to make last-minute arrangements with another company, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused you. We genuinely hope your Yukon trip was enjoyable despite these challenges.
Again, we apologize for falling short of your expectations and for any frustration this may have caused. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to enhance our services moving forward. If you ever consider giving us another chance, we'd be more than happy to assist you in planning an unforgettable experience in the North.
Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,
Tobi
