Really enjoyed the aquarium. Lots to see. The touch pool was great, nice to be able to interact with some of the fish. Plenty of different things to look at, nice cafe with ice cream.

This is one of the best things I have done, it was totally amazing. Swimming with huge Grey Nurse Sharks, Manta Rays, a huge turtle and heaps of fish was a truly awesome experience. The Dive master Gordon is an exceptional guy, who is there to keep you safe but he is charming, helpful, knowledgeable and an all round great person. This is something not to be missed if you are in Perth.

What a great experience. Highly recommend, if you love snorkelling and interested in marine life, do not hesitate to book. You will not regret it.
It’s amazing to be that close to some fantastic animals. Gordon the dive master is fantastic, from start to finish he makes you feel at ease and helps you get the best experience.
Definitely recommend you taking a Go Pro you can get some great footage.
Would not hesitate to do this again.

My wife and little daughter, and me have a very wonderful day yesterday, 29th July at Perth AQWA where we have enjoyed riding on the glass bottom boat, seeing magnificent sea animals. We have also experienced behind the scenes activities of the Aquarists caring for baby sea animals like sea dragons, sea horses, turtles, jelly fish, and many others. We recommend to parents with kids to take behind the scenes pass which include the glass bottom boat ride to experience the same. Kudos to our tour guide! She is very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Great displays and very interesting. Spent a couple of hours here with kids and grandkids. Even though there were plenty of people at the Aquarium it wasn’t hard to move around or see the sea creatures. Good day out !

We decided to have a day out with the grandchildren and chose Aqua as we haven't been for a few years. As it was school holidays it was very busy and noisy with lots of after school clubs making trips as well as other families. We went outside to the touch pool but the directions then to continue to get back to the Sharks I thought was unclear. Overall we had a good day the kids loved it and that was the main thing.

We did the "behind the scenes" tour and it was incredible! Our guide (I forgot her name, I'm sorry, but she was amazing!) really knew everything and you could feel her passion for her job and all the sea animals. I have been to several Aquariums in different countries and AQWA is one of the cleanest and well looked after. It's a great place to spend half a day or even a full day.

A great experience. Gordon the instructor explained everything, but didn't overload us with too much information. Had around 40 mins in the tank, so plenty of time.

Really enjoyed the shark tunnel. Huge stingrays and a large loggerhead turtle too. Glass bottom boat is great to see the shark and rays from another angle and the guide tells you more about the animals. Turtle rehab is great. Got to see it getting fed. Had a great time overall

May I know who qualifies for concession tickets to AQWA?

Hi there
When we (myself,my wife and 4 grandchildren ) went there in April 2019, the concession was on my sons AA AU car breakdown membership. I'm not sure what it worked out to. So the ticket we had was a family ticket of 79$ plus one adult 18$, less the AA %. Unfortunately the concession shown below, is only for WA Pensioners and not UK ones. Hope this helps.
Adult 16+ years: $30
Child 4-15 years: $18
Infant 0-3 years: $0
Concession: $22
Family (2A + 2C or 1A + 3C): $79

I did see a few patrons on wheelchair though I'm not sure if it's loan from AQWA. But like everyone else said, ask them ... the staff are friendly and helpful.

No this is not the event for swimming. Google Rockingham tours as they have a very well known fabulous tour. enjoy your stay in WA
