Third time I’ve come to the deep spa nature of Lake d’ailette and really never disappointed.
I wanted to thank the masseuse Clotilde for her professionalism, special mention for an inspirational massage of 60 min extraordinary, again thank you I would have extended the moment so relaxing and relaxing... the people are professional and the place clean and welcoming. I will gladly return

Real moment of relaxation. Welcoming, smiling staff. Thanks to Maeva at reception who was lovely when I missed my massage appointment time because I had fallen asleep during the spa after the hammam (yes, mother of a young child, at the slightest moment of calm and relaxation, it comes to take you to Morpheus).. I was able to do it the next day and benefit from a back and face massage scrub by Alicia's gentle hands.

Hello last weekend I went to the center park and my family paid me a message for an hour I had Claire as a masseuse a fabulous person helpful attentive and with golden hands it was in paradise thanks again to Claire and soon Eric

Access to the spa is ultimately expensive given the few facilities. There are two Jacuzzis, one of 6 and one of 4. A sona, a hamam and a room with a salt wall.
The rest chairs are in the jacuzzi room and facing the windows which were open in February, so impossible to enjoy them. The showers are impassable, the jets are flying in all directions, clogged with limescale? No staff in sight.
The treatments were pleasant but a little training would be necessary, gestures not sufficiently enveloping, scrubbing a little too scrubbing.

Votre marque d'intérêt est essentielle à nos yeux. Nous avons bien pris en compte l'ensemble de vos remarques concernant nos équipements et ne manquerons pas, dans la mesure du possible, de réajuster nos services. Effectivement une intervention est planifiée et l'équipe de maintenance est prévue pour la détartrage des douches du spa. Nous sommes étonnés que vous n'ayez vu aucun membre du personnel car nos équipes accueille les clients tout au long de la journée et s'assure aussi que l'espace tisanerie
et que nos clients ne manque de rien.
Nos praticiennes sont toutes formées au nouveau concept de massage Deep Nature et elles personnalisent les soins au plus près des attentes de nos clients en n'hésitant pas a revalider avec chacun si tout se passe comme convenu.
En espérant avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau. Très sincèrement.

After a sporty week, my back thanks Heloïse for these 45 minutes of invigorating massage. Only one regret, I won't be able to do this every Sunday 😞

The Deep spa is small compared to other center parks but very clean and well maintained. Size largely compensated by the beauticians and their truly top-notch services. We tried a couple massage, and a facial treatment, I recommend this experience, a real pleasure
