Reaches the entrance of the temple to only find it to be closed ....people are flocking for a community lunch near the place .. ideal for a weekend getaway ...looks very peaceful ...you can buy stone artefacts but do bargain for half the quoted price ..

Panch means five lingeswar means Shiva linga.Here five shivalingas are completely immersed in flowing water.You have to dep your hand inside the water to feel the lingas.Offcourse, people are there from the temple itself to help you as the water current is very high.You have to walk a long distance from the parking to reach the buttom of the hill from where you have to climb the staircases to reach the open temple which is in Nilagiri mountain.

Very divine feeling when touched baba bholenath. There is also a cave 42 km long but closed condition now.

A beautiful place.the temple was simply marvellous including climbing up almost 200+steps.touching the panch lingas through the waterfall was mindblowing.a day trip to devkund waterfalls and south simlipal forest was the icing on the cake.would like to visit again.

as my title says it will give the travelers all the beauties with holiness in one go. the mountain, climbing through slope and then by stairs, the rocks and water flowing around, the holy "panchalingas" will make your tour complete.

We visited the place in October middle and was very satisfied with the weather. There are several stairs to get up to the the temple top, advisable not to take Aged persons. But the beauty will definitely touch and remain in your heart for a very long time.

good place to visit anytime. Early morning climb through 294 steps makes the journey comfortable. Clean temple for offering puja.

As the name implies Panchalingeshwar is famous for its unique ‘panchalinga’ or the five lingas of Lord Shiva enshrined in the temple. If you love trekking, then one can trek at the Nilagiri Hills. Enjoy your trips in the nearby sightseeing places.
