While we were on the way to Camaron highland, our guide stopped at this place. Since we did not know we were going, no swimming suit ready. But we dipped our foot in hot spring (a lot of local are fully dressed and just dip their foot. If you plan do fully enjoy the hot spring, just keep in your mind and may be not in too exposing swim suit). We also boiled some eggs like locals do.
Water is really hot like 40-45 degree Celsius in some pools (and near egg boiling place) and there are protruding small rocks where you can walk on - supposed to give you some relaxation.
Fyi, it is also the same as Sungai Klah Hot Spring Park - I do not know why it was posted as another attraction on tripadvisor.

Enjoyed the experience of natural environment . Hope the Felda team maintain the place. A little too pricey for entrance fees

The hotsprings is about 15km from town. Free entrance if you are staying in their resort. Water is clean & at the right tempheture. A good place to release tension & relaxing ourselve. Room is big, clean & reasonable rate

normal place, hard to parking when public holiday and school holiday, nothing best here only hot spring for take bath with family

parking area ada security rounding so feel safe to enter the park.
Rm15.00/adult.
ada disediakan train untuk customer yang tidak mahu berjalan ke park. Otherwise boleh berjalan menyusuri kawasan denai2 sehingga ke kawasan hot spring.good exercise.
ada beberapa kawasan kolam yang di sediakan untuk pengunjung. ada juga di sediakan ATV untuk pengunjung yang berminat dengan kos tambahan. Dicadangkan disediakan tambahan kerusi & meja untuk pengunjung yang menunggu family/children mandi manda.
Rm15.00/adult.

Stayed here many times over the years and the water park, accommodation and hot springs are very good, clean and enjoyable. However .... The Restaurant is a complete let down and last week surpassed themselves. Usually bad with 'sorry finis' when you try and order from the menu, but this time -- Went there for a stay.
Enjoyable day and went for dinner. Only ordered two meals and a plate of fruit, we were one of two tables occupied the rest were empty. (The second table couple came in fifteen minutes after us.) We ordered first, after twenty minutes our chicken chop arrived, we waited for the second noodle dish, and waited. The second table who ordered after us, their noodle dish arrived, we waited and waited. Another twenty minutes and the fruit platter arrived. So by now I am asking the staff 'when will our noodles arrive? It has been forty minutes' Told 'coming'. Right. After an hour still no noodles, told them to cancel paid for what we had and left. Told 'sorry'. Trouble is we know from experience it won't change.
Sad really we like the place and the breakfasts are pretty good but you know for lunch and dinner it will be a disappointment. Left feedback before and not acted upon so do not expect and changes in the future. Will not eat there again, given up.

Pros:
Awesome, smiley, polite & fast response customer service.
Hot pool & cool sliding pool was great.
Kids loves this place.
Fresh, windy & beautiful nature forest area, out from the busy city. Birds chipping, palm trees, coconut trees, greens....
Cons :
Food was just okie and would rate as average. Needs a little improvement to taste better.
Room is worn out, needs some refurbishment to be done.
Overall : Its a good & relaxed stay for family with kids.
Tips : Spend less time in room instead more time outdoor. Then its worth the stay.

Hey~ may i know the price of tickets for 2016? Tried searching it and only got an estimation of 10-15ringgit.
Do they provide group tickets as well?

Tickets for Malaysians are RM15 for adults, RM12 for kids. Tourists are higher, I forget but I think it's about double. Hope this helps.

Anybody can soak in the pool of their choice, from the cool mountain spring pool to the hot water pools around 50 degrees Celsius, if you can hack it.
